Great family getaway

The condo was clean, spacious, and worked well for our family. We especially appreciated the daily beach setup with two chairs and an umbrella—it was convenient and ensured we always had a spot on the beach. Each morning, the grounds crew was out early keeping everything tidy, which didn’t go unnoticed.A few things to note for future guests:•Kitchen: The listing mentioned a stocked kitchen with seasonings, but there weren’t any provided—not even salt or pepper—so be sure to bring your own.•Laundry: The on-site laundry is 2.25 to wash and 2.00 to dry. You’ll also need to bring your own detergent and dryer sheets. The machines do accept cards.•Grills: There are two electric grills on the property shared by all guests—not private, but usable.•Bathroom: The master shower was clogged from the first night. While maintenance came out initially without success, a plumber was sent the next day and resolved the issue.•TVs: The guest bedroom TV remote had ongoing issues even after replacing the batteries. The master bedroom TV is cable only and not a Smart TV.•Supplies: If you’re staying for a full week, plan to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels—what’s provided won’t last a full week for a family.Despite a few hiccups, the view from this unit overlooking the pool and ocean was truly perfect. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend this condo to friends.

Family Vacation

Three biggest things for our family was the patio, pool, and beach. All three were awesome! Location was good as well. Would definitely return in the future.

Great location

Perfect location. The unit needs a refresh, peeling paint, small bathrooms, master bedroom door to balcony wouldn’t shut properly so room was hotter than the others. Had a maintenance issue (dishwasher was leaking), was told a person would be out to take care of it and never heard back from anyone. Thankfully we were able to fix it but not impressed with lack of follow through from management. Be aware the public laundry room is right next to the guest bedroom window. Was awake till midnight one night hearing people doing their laundry. I would stay at Huntington by the Sea again but not this unit.

Great Family Friendly Property

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was great for families. Both the pool and the beach were a very close walk, which was nice for both my young kiddos and my elderly mother in law.

Great Place, Great Location

This condo is very clean. The private beach was great. Close to a bunch of shopping/groceries/entertainment. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot. The communal laundry room is literally 3 steps away from the door. Would love to stay here again.

Love the Building and the Beach

I do love this building and its location. The private beach is wonderful along with the chair set up and umbrella. The only inconvenient thing about this rental is that we were only supplied one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 5 people. I was not aware of that otherwise I would have brought some from home since we were driving. That also goes for the dishwashing detergent as well. We only had two pods for seven days. I had to get up one morning to run and go get toilet paper. Not a big deal, just a little inconvenient in the moment. But knowing that ahead of time, just add it to your grocery list. The management team was super helpful and incredibly easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

Had a fantastic stay! An umbrella and two chairs were set up for us every morning. The beach manager, Hill, was great. The maintenance staff was always there cleaning the pool every morning and around the facility. And the condo was awesome!

Amazing location on the Gulf of Mexico

I loved our time here and cannot wait to come again. The unit is in need of some updating but nothing major. I loved sitting on the balcony every morning drinking my coffee and looking at the beautiful blue water and listening to the gentle waves. There were beach chairs and an umbrella and table that came with the unit also that was a huge bonus. There was construction going on during our visit, it was very loud during the day, but the management company was helpful and supportive. Also, know you will need your own beach towels, dish soap and toilet paper.

Great Stay

Great Access to the Beach

We stayed at this condo for a week. It's in a good location that is close to grocery stores, surf shops, outlet malls, and restaurants. Overall, it is in good condition. The AC runs well, the showers have plenty of water pressure, the access to the beach is well maintained, and the kitchen is well-stocked. The laundry units in the hallway worked well for us. The slight downsides were: the couches and chairs in the living room are visibly soiled with many stains. The doors are soiled where handprints have left residue over the years and need to be cleaned. Unfortunately, the pool required maintenance and was only open 2/8 days for us, but that isn't necessarily the condo owner's fault and I'm not sure if this happens frequently. For us, the positives outweighed the negatives, as we were mostly interested in direct beach access. Including the two chairs and umbrella in the price is fantastic and much appreciated!
