Perfect family beach stay

Perfect place for our family of four to stay! Plenty of room of everyone and the extra half bath is a great plus! The views from the 18th floor were breathtaking. The location is perfect. You see everything but kind of feel like your away from the crowds, but still in walking distances of so much! The checkin and checkout process were easy and so convenient. Great beach getaway!

Clean place to stay. The condo is not the most upgraded one on the beach but for the price, it is great. Of course Seascape Resort is hard to beat anytime. We would definitely stay here again.

Super nice condo

Beautiful views and great access to beach. Condo was really nice with lots of space. A bit outdated though. There are restaurants and other venues close by, within walking distance on resort, but not inside building or access to delivery. We'll definitely be back!

Great views

Beautiful gulf coast views from balcony. Great location. negatives include outdoor seating was terribly uncomfortable. Indoor seating for evening resting or watching television consisted on one “older, slightly dirty stained” couch. No where to truly stretch out and relax to watch a movie during those stormy evenings. And only one end table for a beverage while setting in the living room. And one last not so great thing….the sheets did Not fit the bed mattress in the bedroom…popped off every time they were touched. These things did not in any way ruin our stay, I will just look closer next time at furnishings and tv size (postage size tv not great) especially outdoor seating with such spectacular views you need to be comfortable!

The property was really nice. However, adding a blow dryer, another chair to sit in the living room and have more seating on balcony. The bistro chairs aren’t comfortable. The view was over the top. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Long weekend getaway

We had a great time. We loved Destin and the location of the rental was in a great spot! We rented a golf cart which made getting to the beach and surrounding shops a breeze. Will definitely plan another trip!

Nice views. Close to beach.

I liked how easy was my booking and just checking in and out. I think unit was too small. Furniture looked old. Couch had a few stains. I did pack my own toiletries but I think it will be good if owner provided enough dish soap and a sponge. I did use the dishwasher but it left the dishes dirty. I did try to leave kitchen clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we wouldn't mind booking with real joy again. Thank you.

Couples Vacation

The condo was very nice and clean. Great location to the beach and some restaurants. The place was clean and it had a great view! Short walk to the beach. Recommend renting a car so you can enjoy things a little further out. People were very nice. We had a great vacation

Family Vaca 2021

We enjoyed our stay in 1805. We were a traveling family of six and the room was just enough for us. The room was tidy and had more kitchen gadgets than expected. The pictures of this place are exactly how it looks, inside and out. Great views and Easy access to the beach, nice pools and a great fitness area. Only complaint was that we weren’t given pool and fitness codes to access and had to get them from another guest.

Good place

Thankful to find this last minute because our motel couldn’t get us ocean front. I think the furniture could use some replacing but it served it’s purpose. Nice kitchen, bathrooms and bedroom.

Excellent. Comfortable bed.

Property is amazing. Check in and check out is off property, which is really a nuisance. The other unit, same property, I stayed in, the arm bands and gym pass were in a basket on the counter, on arrival, and checking in and out was done online.

Clean Room - Great View

Have stayed at Ariel Dunes 2 before. After this trip I maintain that this location is excellent for families, provides thorough views of beach and bay, and the lodging is an excellent variable in that experience. No complaints on the room. It was as expected. The ResortQuest office was above expectation for customer service.
