    Pase su tiempo cenando y entreteniéndose desde las amplias y cómodas áreas de cocina y comedor que se abren al porche privado. Y relájese en la cómoda sala de estar con sofá cama, sofá de dos plazas y televisor de pantalla plana.

    El amplio dormitorio principal con cama tamaño king cuenta con una gran cantidad de espacio de guardarropas, y una bañera de hidromasaje y una cabina de ducha en el baño principal contiguo. This location was everything we expected. Clean, very pet friendly, and close to the pool and beach. 3 bedrooms was perfect for our family and the well appointed kitchen was great for all our meals. The only bad thing was that there is a golf cart at this location, but we were not allowed to drive it. The golf cart availability would have made it completely perfect. Still a great week! Thanks.

Great Place To Stay!

Our Sandestin "home" was very clean and with comfortable beds. And the interior was bright and delightfully up-to-date. We enjoyed the screened porch also. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Destin area!

Overall experience was great. The place was sparkling clean for sure. The only think lacking was the dishes/pots. Limited supplies and condition unappealing and for cooking in -not the best, but adequate. Need a larger pot thank what you have - had to by my own. Other than that - great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was great for our family and our two dogs. We enjoyed our stay at Sandestin, and the property managers were great to work with. The location was very helpful, very close to the beach access, swimming pool just across the roadway from the unit. The unit was excellent for having pets and it was very spacious.The only issue we had was the washing machine, an issue with the detergent dispenser, but the property managers were made aware of the issue and made arrangements to address the issue. Overall, it was a great place to stay, highly recommended, but I will add that the availability of a golf cart would be beneficial.

Wonderful Vacation

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for the entire of Mar 2023. Overall it was a great stay. The condo is in a perfect location and is in pretty good overall condition. The furniture was nice too. We had a hiccup at check-in which was unfortunate and I believe the carpet in the MBR needs to be replaced or at least thoroughly cleaned. We are renting the same unit next Mar, so I guess that’s the ultimate endorsement.

The condo was nice. Very spacious. It isn’t over the top - just a basic condo that serves purpose for a family vacation. Master bath was upgraded. Remaining bathrooms could use upgrade. Community pool was next door, but a bit dated. Condo does NOT include use of golf cart that is parked right outside the unit, which is a big negative. Bedding was nice - upgraded from photos in the Vrbo ad. Communication with manager was good. There were issues with appliances - dishwasher, dryer could be replaced. Keirug has to be replaced. Refrigerator was very nice. Beach closet was great - a nice, unexpected perk.

OK, but I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was reasonably clean but worn...parking was a nightmare. People in the above unit had 3 vehicles parked in and there was a vehicle parked that never moved. We could hear the people walking and mostly running late into the night. We forced ourselves to have a good time regardless of the many distractions. Many of the blinds did not work...

Many Issues

The property we booked did not have air conditioning so we moved here. The washing machine was broken which was a problem for a sick 18 month old. The golf cart left us stranded and we had to push it to a safe place. The electrical outlets were not working. The ice maker did not make much ice. I notified management about all of the problems. The response, “they were sorry “ Yes we were sorry as well.

Great Rental

Nice rental in Tivoli. Plenty of room and close to the beach. My Vacation Haven, the property management company, provided excellent communication and were very responsive.

Summer vacation June 25-30

Property as advertised. Pool was just across the street. Golf cart was the highlight of the trip. Unfortunately, the wheel bearing broke on our third day, but that is of no fault of the owners, just an unfortunate event that happens. We loved everything about the unit and the cart. We liked going to Baytowne Village and to the beach. The beach was extremely crowded the week we were there. However, the community closet was fully stocked with toys, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for use at the beach or pool. I would highly recommend this unit.

Nice Place

Nice neighborhood but further from the beach access than I thought. We cooked most nights. The kitchen could use some new pots. There was only 1 big pot with no lid & the 2 other smaller pots had lids that did not match. We then tried to use the crock pot as a larger pot but it was not working.
