The condo was very nice. It rained alot and there is a pool of water that accumulates right by the front door. The pillow in the master bed need updating. When i text the property manager with questions they were very fast to reply. The community pool area really needs updating. It is over grown, the pool patio furniture is quite used, and there is a urine smell at the little pool house. The golf cart plug in is scary. It looks like it is not for outdoor use and has fire/spark soot at the insert. The key is difficult to turn the golf cart on too.Overall the condo was nice. We really didn't cook so i can't speak to the kitchen tools,

Great location, clean condo, awesome golf cart and pleasant decor. The rental company was very prompt with responses, which I appreciated! However, the AC wouldn’t get cooler than 75 the whole stay and apparently couldn’t be fixed. Rooms were even warmer than 75. That made nights very stuffy and uncomfortable, especially for my baby in her Slumberpod. They did provide fans that helped. Two of the bathrooms were growing black mold. No disposal in kitchen which was annoying when cleaning after meals and limited kitchen pots/pans/appliances. I wouldn’t stay in this unit again.

Easter Family Beach Trip

We took the family to the beach for Easter weekend and overall this property was wonderful. It was very spacious and the highlight for the kids was the six passenger golf cart and being able to ride to the beach and to Baytown for evening activities.

Just What we Needed

We drove down for spring break and it was an amazing week. We loved the golf cart and used it to drive everywhere in the Sandestin Resort. We went to the beach, used the pool and took trips to Bay Town Wharf at night. I read another review about dirty furniture and would agree the chairs in the living room could use a good scrub but otherwise the place is immaculate. The beds were super cozy and the rooms were so spacious. No complaints.

Terrific Tivoli

Wonderful property and location in the heart of Sandestin’s Tívoli neighborhood, walking distance to the beach. There was a problem with the Golf Cart, which the property management company had fixed within 24hrs. Will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Good location.

We loved the location but the condition of the property could improve. Screen door torn out and flat tire on golf cart, dead golf cart battery, cleanliness and broken dryer were our main issues. When the maintenance man did come out he was great! Beds were comfortable. and the villa was roomy but we probably would not choose this place again.

This rental and the rental company Are great

Nice layout, well decorated, comfortable beds, close to the beach. We had an issue early on and one of the Beach Blue Owners that lived on the property actually showed up to help. This Elias a pleasant surprise. Elise (our property manager) was also extremely helpful. I will rent from them again!

Condo was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Beds were very comfortable but living room furniture, while it looked great, was extremely uncomfortable. Screen room and the furniture in it was very dirty. Clothes dryer needs work dials only work in one position...hot.

Good location

The rental was clean and nice. It is very bare as far as essentials such as toilet paper, trash bags, any kitchen staple. The emails they sent said to bring these things but we have never stayed in a unit that didn’t have spare toilet paper aside from the one on the roll so pack paper products, towels and spices. We notified management that the master toilet had continuous running water and they promptly came to repair it but didn’t have a part so it continued our whole stay. We enjoyed the golf cart and checking was very easy. Overall it was a good rental.

Great week!

Nice property. Very well decorated and close to the beach. We enjoyed having the golf cart. Any problem we had , such as a stopped up sink, was quickly taken care of with one call. We have stayed in Tivoli many times over the past 25 years and love being on the golf course.

Paper Thin Ceiling

Townhome is roomy, decorated nicely, comfortable and in a nice area. However, waking up to steps early every morning and hearing steps at numerous times during the day for lengthy periods was a disappointing and a frustrating experience that made our visit a lot less enjoyable. I thought it was inconsiderate renters above who I asked nicely if they could help be more quitter but the steps continued with the new renters that followed.

We enjoyed staying in this lovely home. There were some maintenance issues (dishwasher, toilet) but they were quickly remedied. Great location on hole #13 green area. About a 1/2 mile walk to the ocean.
