The views were fantastic!!

Views from the 3 bedroom balconies were so nice. The covered balcony with breeze on the Gulf side was the best! The family and I loved the cleanliness and accomodations. Everyone enjoyed the comfort of the beds. This location was wonderful and hope to stay here again.

Beautiful condo, well maintained. I really wish their were some beach towels and pool and beach toys for the kids so we didn't have to buy literally everything after flying in. But other than that everything was beautiful and it was a perfect stay.

Wonderful condo on the beach

The condo has a spectacular location right on the beach with enough room to accommodate our family. With three bathrooms and three separate bedrooms, the condo maximizes space and is well taken care of. We will definitely book with them again on our next vacation!

Best beach getaway ever!

The Hidden Dunes high-rise complex is an amazing destination! It is located ON THE BEACH, with several pools/hot tubs to choose from. It sits 0.5 miles off of 98, which keeps the property quiet and secluded. There is also a small fitness center, on-site tennis and pickle ball, and is close to SO MUCH shopping, restaurants, and activities. I highly recommend the 3 bdrm/3 bath end unit. With each bedroom having it's own private balcony, the condo felt very spacious. LOVED IT!

Easy Beach Vibes

Property management communicated well in advance with check in/out processes and the house rules. They were very easy to follow. All the passwords and codes that we needed were sent ahead of time. The condo was clean. Basic kitchen supplies were available. No extra items like condiments or beach toys were left behind for the next renters. Turning left onto Emerald Coast Pkwy/Hwy 98 from Hidden Dunes can be tricky during busy traffic times.

Fantastic Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful views, updated and clean. Love the privacy of the resort. Location is excellent. Host was quick to respond to questions. Tennis programs were awesome. It should be noted, there are NO beach towels, which was surprising as every other rental we've had provided them. We had to buy them. Would also be nice if a beach umbrella/2 chair rental was included with stay. Overall, we loved it.

Beautiful views of the ocean

Everything was perfect for a beach front vacation. The only problem was the stairs getting to the beach. I have difficulty climbing stairs and could not go to the beach because of them. If I had known about that, I probably would not have booked there. You might want to explain that in the info. I enjoyed the pool and the view. Others in my group loved the white sandy beach. Everything else was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family throughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and well equipped with everything we need. Beach and Pool access was great and parking for two vehicles was perfect. We are very fimiliar with this area and we're thrilled to be close to all restaurants and shops during our stay. The only complaint I have is the air conditioner didn't cool any of the three bedrooms which made for uncomfortable resting. The other part of condo stayed cool but the bedrooms were very warm. Thank you for a nice vacation overall!

Great location but condo needs an update.

The positives: Great location, we loved being the corner unit. The master bedroom is a good size.The swimming pool was nice. Cons: The bed sheets had stains. The middle bedroom had a cocroach in the room and the smaller bed was uncomfortable. The kitchen could be cleaner with newer utensils. The refrigerator also looked old and not super clean. Overall feel of the condo felt not as clean and could use some updates.

Doesn’t feel like a home

We came for a short weekend hoping to relax. We bought our groceries and what we thought were necessities. For 3 days we received one dishwasher pod, one extra trash bag, the garbage disposal leaked under the sink, the inside of the refrigerator leaked onto the top shelf, pillows and bedding were less than comfortable. No salt or pepper, no hair dryer, only two measuring cups… the list goes on. I’m sad I expected more of a home feel from a VRBO as I have stayed in many in the past. A dishwasher pod for each day we were there would have been nice, and more than one trash bag. We could have stayed in a hotel and ate out much easier and at a much less cost given all of the extra purchases and time we spent going to get the things we needed to get through 3 days with a family. The property location is AMAZING!! Next time we will chose another condo on the same property or nearby that actually will accommodate better.

Enjoyed our stay - Loved the place just not the location. The train is loud the fridge took 24 hrs to cool down once fully loaded and the water heater couldn't keep up with a party of 7. so like warm showers or cold showers taken. neighborhood is a little rough w/ lots of homeless at nearby shelter however they didn't bother usas we walked by multiple times a day for CMA Fest! Property management company mailbox was full so not very helpful w/ our minor issues. Did message / email and they did call me back afterwards.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a good location, wasn't cleaned well before we showed up, basics supplied with unit were sub-dollar store quality, cookware was very worn or old and not great quality, "smart" tv wasn't very smart which is an inconvenience these days. I think the cleaning fee was around $300 and there was way too much sand on the floors when we got there, wasn't sure one of the beds had been changed because there was sand there too.
