Great spot! Would totally stay here again. Great location, great view, clean and just perfect! (One thought- could you add a full length mirror to the back of the closet door? I told my wife I’d ask about that! ;) )

Great Place, Convenient Location, Easy access to the beach, the local restaurants and shopping centers. Onsite parking with parking pass.Just make sure your reservation includes your Beach Chairs, or the Cabana Boys on the beach will try and charge you a ridiculous and egregious fee per chair!!

When we arrived to get into our room the room had been “partied” in the day before. The cleaners were attempting to clean and disinfect the room due to the condition of the room. They were unable to locate another comforter and we agreed to wait until the next day to get another. The cleaner did bring another comforter for us the next day. Problem is some of the items in the room they said were available were not. when i reached out to owners Ingot no communication regarding missing items. Then when we left I accidentally left behind an item. I traced the item to the condo and immediately emailed the owner who indicated the cleaners had found my item. However now they won’t respond to me as to how to get the item back!

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Did have issue with checkin at front desk and at beach. Resort wanted to charge us 50 a day for chairs and umbrella, but the owners of unit took care of right away. Unit does not give you a starter set for Keurig cups for coffee in morning like many vrbos do and does not have an iron in the room. Elevators in building are very packed and slow.

Amazing!

This was the best vacation! Everything was exactly as pictured. The condo was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. I can't explain how beautiful the view is from the condo and the balcony. I am ready to book again for next year!

Wonderful Unit

The condo is perfect for two people! Location is top notch, the beach is only steps away, the unit is very clean. The kitchenette has everything that is needed during a beach stay. Would highly recommend.

Anniversary birthday get away

My husband and I celebrated my birthday, Father’s Day and our 25th wedding anniversary. The room was perfect for just us. Very clean and had the best views. The only downside was the smell of cigarette smoke on the towels so whomever washed them must smoke. (Might want to fix this issue) The room was well clean and equipped for us and I’d highly recommend and stay again!

Good Times in the Sun

Our studio room was perfect for the 2 of us. Clean! Bigger frig with separate freezer was a plus! Great bed - King size and sleep number mattress! Huge TV! Super short walk to the beach! Breathtaking views of the ocean and sand! Beach decor/furniture adds to the vibe of being at the beach! Loved having a Keurig to make our coffee! Beach chairs and umbrella with unit was stellar! Beach service (Brett and team) was top notch! Will be back! We have been coming to this resort since 2022!

Anniversary trip

We stayed here for a weekend excursion for our 10 year anniversary. It was perfect. The view was breathtaking. Close to the beach. The Royal Palm Grille at the condo was yummy. I had the best time. The owners responded immediately to any questions. We will be back! Thanks!

Magnificent Viewy

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was simply spectacular! The unit was clean and comfortable. It was smaller than expected; bedroom and tiny kitchenette. I really don’t have any complaints. We had a mishap and arrived earlier than expected and the owner replied immediately and allowed us early check in. We were surprised that there was no sink or mirror in the tiny bathroom. We had to use the sink in the kitchen area as there was a mirror there too. Unit had a microwave crowded and full refrigerator but no stove. There was also one recliner and a bed but no dressers or hangers in the closet so we had to leave our clothes in our suitcase. We made it work and would absolutely recommend the unit. It was a birthday trip and I even received a gift from the restaurant which had delicious food. We will be back.

Loved our get-a-way

We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was gorgeous and the view was spectacular . It was very hard to leave this bed lol. It was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on. We are pickleballers and we loved the courts on-site and we played morning and evening. The restaurant on-site was a huge plus and the food was delicious
