We have been to this beach area more times than I can count, and this was by far the nicest condo of them all. More room with an open concept living and dining room. The galley kitchen is about a foot wider than most. All appliances were like new. Ice maker actually worked as intended. Beds were very nice and comfortable. The master shower was huge and has a really large window that lets in the light...You can close it when showering.The private balcony off the master was very nice for evening sunsets. The large living room balcony overlooks the pool and the beach. My only issue is that the gates to and from the beach are locked between 10pm and 8am, which means no early sunrise walk on the beach. Why?

The condo was nice. The A/C was frozen up when we got there and it was hot. Luckily the on-site maintenance team figured it out and fixed it. Also there is a glass-topped desk that had a broken glass top when we got there.

Great View

Overall, I give this place 4 stars. Pros: •Great view •Spacious condo •Great Location •Beautiful pool - great for young kids •They provide enough soap, dish soap, laundry detergent to get you going - it was a nice touch Cons: •You can't check in until 4 pm - we were told there was no way to override that, which is ridiculous •Tight security - there are tons of gates and codes to get to the pool and beach. And you have to wear bracelets so people know where you're staying - just seemed a bit extreme. It stormed a lot, which we understand keeping people out of the pool when it's not safe, but it took them 2 hours to open the pool back after they said they would open it after 30 minutes of no thunder or lightning - again, a bit extreme. •Water did not stay hot for very long no matter how many people were showering at once •Kitchen water faucet kept dripping even when off Overall, we had a great time and I think we would come back, but I've also stayed at places we like better.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The location, the condo, the private beach - everything was perfect! My husband even said how comfortable the bed was! The fact that it had its own private beach spot was exactly what we were looking for! So easy! Everything was exactly as described! Will definitely recommend and come back!

Wonderful, clean, safe

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The grounds and drive in was so amazing and safe to be around. The gate and door codes worked immediately and everytime which also helped us feel safe and comfortable .There were people everywhere but also not crazy with swarms of people. The pool and hot tub area were taken care of every morning and the wrist bands for the pool and beach came in handy to have our own private area for the condo people. The condo was clean, refreshing and comfortable. My kids - 8, 6, 3 had plenty of space to sleep, play and eat. We especially loved the double balconies and amazing windows that covered almost the entire wall!! I would highly recommend this property and look forward to renting from them again!!

You won't be disappointed!

Property was as advertised with an amazing view! Not having to pack or buy sand toys for the kids....awesome. There was even a sectioned off area of the beach for condo association guests. Would stay here again.

Perfect!

This is the nicest place we have ever stayed and we have done a lot of traveling. The huge windows with a view of the ocean is breath taking. Nice and clean. Provided beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. Will definitely go back!

Amazing View

The check in process was very easy and convenient. We had one maintenance issue that was quickly resolved. The room was very clean and was well stocked with everything needed. There were even beach chairs and beach toys provided. The best part is the amazing panoramic view! Woulld stay there again.

Great Experience! 4.5 Stars

Loved the location. Close to the beach (which was for guests/residents only), several walkable restaurants, clean property and lots of parking. Views from the balconies were tremendous. The only (minor) drawback was that the condo overlooked the pool, and there didn’t seem to be any sort of enforcement of the pool hours. It was loud very late into the night/morning on most days. But overall, a great experience and would stay again.

Pretty close to perfect

Such a good spot. We had good views, lots of room to have personal space. The beach and pool were as clean as anyone could make them. We had everything we needed to prepare meals but also close enough to restaurants. Our beach was the best around, not nearly as crowded.

Vacay before school

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the views were amazing from both balconies. Using the number pad to unlock the condo door, made it super easy without having to keep up with a key or key card while at the beach or pool. Loved being able to toss something in the washer/dryer, so I didn’t have to come home with a ton of laundry. Beachside 1 had their own private beach for their guests!! Thank y’all. We will be back!!!

Lovely beach front condo

This was a great condo for our family, 3 bedrooms & bathrooms worked well. The patio & view was amazing. The property was very clean & very convenient to the beach. Disappointed that that hot tub was out of service. We had some cool days that we would have liked to use it. Not sure if I would book with My Vacation Haven again, the original condo we booked had AC issues & this one has to be checked also. Thankfully they had several options for us as a back up, just frustrating that our check in was delayed. The staff was very kind & helpful during this process.
