Family vacation

We booked a last minute family vacation and had the most amazing experience! Larry & Mara Lee were great, super responsive, and made the whole experience wonderful. We fell in love with the condo, which was perfect for our family of 4. Our kids say it has been their favorite vacation ever! We will definitely be back :)

Great family vacation

Loved the short walk to the beach. Loved the chair/ umbrella service at the beach. Pools were great - so clean and warm. Space was clean and as pictured. Shower was in a tight area but appreciated the washer/ dryer so it was fine. Kids loved the bunk beds. Upstairs vacationers with big dog and smoking on balcony were annoying at times, but that’s no fault of the owner. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Excellent!

We stayed in this condo June 15-22, 2024. Everything was perfect. Super clean, convenient to all Maravilla amenities, well stocked kitchen, and comfy beds. Mara Lee was a dream to work with. I have already recommended this place to friends. You will not be disappointed.

Great stay

Great Property with excellent location

We stayed Sat-Sat, really enjoyed the property. Clean, well maintained and perfect convenient location to the beach and all neighborhood amenities. Will visit again. Being first floor is excellent for ease of access to the private section of beach and the chair service was perfect. Thanks for letting our family enjoy your great property. We will be back!

Relaxing Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean upon our arrival. The first floor location made our packing a snap and daily walks to the beach much easier. The property owner was super responsive and we received a packet of information before our stay which included everything we needed to know about the property and recommendations for dining and activities in the area. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect!

This was my second visit to Destin and my second stay at Mara-Lee-Retreat. It's the perfect place for me. No stairs and everything is so convenient. The family atmosphere of this resort makes it the perfect place for families. My grandchildren enjoyed the ball courts pools and of course the beautiful beach that's steps away. The condo is perfect in every way. It's clean the beds are comfortable and it had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. I stayed alone this time while my daughter and grandchildren stayed in a different building. I felt completely safe and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend and will definitely be staying again, soon I hope!

Amazing!

The location was perfect. Right between the pool and the beach. The two chairs and umbrella were definitely well appreciated. Everything was nice and clean. Super easy to get in and out. The washer and dryer are sort of in an awkward spot right next to the shower so it was a little weird putting clothes to wash and dry since you’re sort of cornered but other than that everything was lovely.

Our experience with the owners and property were great. This was our first time staying here and would return. The only suggestions I have is to have a rail for the top bunk bed and a ladder. I have two younger kids and they would not/couldn't sleep on the top bunk since it did not have a rail. There is a fold out couch and they were happy to sleep on it.

Great communication with the owner

Great communication with the owner, condo was very clean. Only thing I would change is the key, its very inconvenient to carry actual key, to the beach and if we had to go somewhere separate we had to make plans when to come home at the exact time. I think code at the door would have been much easier!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this Maravilla condo. Awesome access to the beach, just a short walk, two pools to enjoy. The beach chairs each day were great. It was a great location for activities. We would definitely book here again.

Perfect Place for Small Groups!!!

Rented for a girl’s get-away. 3 of us stayed here. Property was perfect for us and was clean and well stocked. We cooked the majority of our meals in the condo and there were plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. It was nice to have access to laundry right in the condo as well. Would definitely stay here again!
