Most satisfactory in every way

Wonderful Stay!

We loved the property and had a wonderful stay. It was very clean, close to the beach and spacious. The owners were easy to communicate with and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Spring Getaway

This property is in a nice location with access to everything the area has to offer. The inclusion of two chairs and an umbrella on the beach was perfect for a day at the shore. We took advantage of the heated pool and the pickleball courts. There are three or four restaurants within walking distance.

Miramar is magical

Very nice decor, easy access, great view, good communication from owners. Very sweet, kind and enthusiastic. We had a relaxing time being across the street from the beach and access to 2 beautiful pools. Wonderful location, comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our week at the Maravilla condo. Our host was great at following up on questions and providing info on things I wouldn’t have even thought to ask about. She checked in before, during and after our stay. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Wonderful condo and location!

My family enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had everything we needed, such as, kitchen utensils, cookware, and dishes. The washer and dryer in the unit was in great shape too. The two pools were great! The location is very convenient for grocery shopping, restaurants, outlet mall, and much more. Several good restaurants were within walking distance. The beach service was also great! I would highly recommend.

I want to first say working with the property manager was extremely easy. They were very sweet and helpful. The cleaners failed when it came to the tile floors. The pullout sofa bed was broken. I hope that they get a new sofa before someone else stays. There were no linens for the pullout sofa. The secondary bedroom had bricks/2x4’s holding up the middle of the bed. The wash machine did smell moldy. We ran bleach through it a few times. Other than theses issues my family and I had a wonderful time here.

Loved This Condo!

The condo was amazing and the owners were the nicest people ever! Maravilla is our favorite condominium complex, but this condo was by far the nicest and definitely the cleanest we’ve ever stayed at. Will definitely stay here again! ❤️

Nice, clean pet-friendly condo!

This was a nice place to stay, and the host was great! Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. It had all the basics you would need on your trip, as well as extras like pools and a hot tub. The distance to the beach was easily walkable if you need to run back to the bathroom or get a snack, but it is not right on the beach. It is close enough that you have a view of the ocean from the side of the balcony. The only problems we had on our trip were the sliding glass doors were difficult to open and close and the sofa bed is not good for sleeping. I'm not sure if the bars needed to be adjusted or if it needed a thicker mattress, but it was noticably sloped. Luckily, an air mattress easily fits in the living room floor which is what we ended up having to do. Overall we had a great time. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you don't need the sofa bed.

3303 Maravilla

We absolutely love our host & condo, location was wondering! So great to have our fur babies with us and the grounds was perfect for walking them! Everyone seemed to be very responsible pet owners! The condo was so well appointed & supplied all our needs! Very comfy beds & furniture! Highly recommend!

Great beach vacation

Great owner that stayed in constant contact before and during our stay. The condo was just as described and pictured. Great amenities, close to all the emerald coast has to offer. Other family members stayed at the same property but another condi and their rooms were smaller and seemed cramped. This condos rooms are spacious. Highly recommend this condo

Maravilla trip 8/2020

Our room was absolutely beautiful. MK (owner) checked in on us frequently and was a pleasure to speak to. The view from the balcony was beautiful and room was right at the elevator. Our dogs took to the room like it was their home. We will definitely be staying here for all future Destin trips!

Wonderful!!!

This is a great property. The fact that they allow dogs makes it even better. The place was clean, up to date, and right across the road from the beach. The property owner was very accessible. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful place for a fall get away!

This is a perfect place for an extended fall getaway. The complex is located in an ideal location - right across the street from the beach, providing 2 swimming pools & a tennis court. The unit I stayed in was very clean, the beds exceptionally comfortable, the decor is lovely & my hosts were extremely gracious, hospitable and prompt to respond to any questions. I will definitely bring my dog and my daughters back to this great condominium again.
