We had the best time in Florida. Our host, Michelle, made everything very easy and answered any questions we had quickly. The accommodations were very neat and clean and included everything we could possibly need. We loved the heated pool and hot tub that were included, because the ocean was a little chilly during our stay. The beach access was also a bonus, the kids and I could get up and walk the beach every morning with out driving anywhere. This was our first vacation not staying in a hotel and we will definetly be doing this again.

This place is wonderful! Great location, very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent communication from our host Michelle, she gave great instructions and always checked in. It is conveniently located near the beach just steps away. Plenty of restauracnts in walking distance as well. I definitely recommend staying here and will book with Michelle again.

We had a great time. The condo is exactly as presented in VRBO. The condo was clean and you had a view of the ocean from the balcony. It was very stocked if you wanted to cook in the kitchen. Worked perfect for us.

If you’re looking for the perfect location, look no further! Check-in & Check-out a breeze, everything you could possibly need and more included. Place was very clean. Host was always available if needed and has the perfect visitor’s guide if you’re looking for things to do with young kids (besides the pool & beach). We will be back and highly recommend this rental.

The condo was clean as expected and was complete with the beach towels, wagon and toys for the beach. We would definately stay at this condo again if we come back to the area. On the first day the elevator we should have access to was broken. When a text was sent to the person in charge she took care of it the next day due to the company being closed. The area is not what was expected because it stated ocean front. There's a beach road that you have to cross from the condo to get on the beach. The pools both have chairs that need to be cleaned or replaced and the fruit trees need to be romoved as they made a mess on the deck and chairs.

Everything and more

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Michelle checked in with us numerous times and kept us updated throughout the week. She has everything you need and more. I usually bring extra trash bags and zip lock bag…I didn’t need to, Michelle had those covered. Need extra sunscreen or aloe….already there too. Basically, all the things that you might find yourself running to the store for are already thought of and taken care of. We brought our Golden Retriever who absolutely loved sitting out on the balcony with me to people watch. Access to beach was great and the “chair guys” were amazing…even offered to run to gas station to get me an Alani. The pools, pickle ball courts and cornhole boards were fantastic when we needed a break from the beach. The location of the resort is also great- easy to grab a bite to eat and shop! Would definitely stay here again!

A little slice of heaven on this side of Earth

My family has stayed in several condos on Maravilla’s property, and this one has been our favorite. The property and its amenities are wonderful with a short walk across the street to the beach. Pictures accurately depict the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Michelle’s timely communication and consumer service was top notch. Looking forward to booking again for our next trip!

Spring Break getaway

Lovely condo and Michelle checked in with us making sure all was good! I’ve never had a host check in and make sure we were good so that was huge to me! The condo has everything you need including beach towels, chairs, etc! Very clean and neat! Just a short walk to the beach!

Spring break visit

This was a great home to spend the second half of our spring break. The property was as listed and had lot of amenities for the beach. It's also very near plenty of restaurants and amusements. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We had a small issue with getting warm showers but I'm sure it will be rectified. The owner has notified us that the property was undergoing a major renovation. The work did impede our movement and caused a good bit of dust and noise. That made it a 4.5 star visit for us but I understand the work will be completed in a few months.

Wonderful, thoughtful, most accommodating host!

We loved everything about this trip! The owner is amazing! The communication is top notch, no BS! She made sure we knew there would be construction during our stay and kept us updated on it, when she was made aware of a situation, she told us immediately. She had an unexpected situation come up right before our dates and we were impressed by the way she handled it! We loved the property, the items in the condo that were available to us, the location, everything was great!

A dream vacay

We really enjoyed our nice and relaxing stay. The beach was steps away and loved that they had chairs and umbrella included. Great walking trail next to the condo and fast response in any question that I had from owner. The grounds around the area was very clean as well. I definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful Rental!

We had a great time staying here. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The owner was very responsive when we contacted her about the elevator not working. Within the day, she had contacted the repairman and it was working again! We would definitely stay here anytime we’re in the area.
