This incredible Miramar Beach condo is sure to provide an experience unlike any other, from easy access to both fresh and saltwater fun to a wide range of on-site resort amenities. This is a two bedrooms Deluxe (also called Diamond). That means both the master bedroom and living room have the ocean views. The balcony is bigger than the Standard two bedroom, and the condo is slightly bigger. The first thing you will fall in love with is the gorgeous living room that leads to the private 4th floor balcony with full views of the Gulf of Mexico. This is where you will want to catch a romantic sunset and enjoy your morning coffee. You can also watch your love ones swimming in the outdoor pool or relax in the hot tub while enjoying the beautiful views from your private balcony.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed, a large walk in closet, a private balcony with full views of the Gulf of Mexico, and an adjoined master bathroom with a shower/tub combo and double sinks. The second bedroom features twin over full bunk beds and an adjoined bathroom.

The bedrooms and living room all have TVs and DVD players. The living room has a large sofa that converts into a sleeper for two, a CD stereo system with a sound bar and sub-wolfer for your listening enjoyment.

For your convenience, you are provided with a large capacity washer and dryer, and beach chairs with umbrella, beach towels, sand toys and boogie boards in your condo that you can take to the beach in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. Luggage carts are also available in the main lobby.

A full upgraded kitchen offers granite counter tops and all the housewares you would expect at home making it an ideal place to prepare a good meal or a picnic for the beach. The dining table has seating for six. There are also three extra seats at the breakfast bar for casual dining. For your pleasure, this unit offers a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, creamer, sugar and sweet & low sugar.
