Family vacation 2024

I am extremely satisfied with our 5 nights we spent at this condo. Condo was huge , could fit more people than needed , very specious. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, even k cups for the whole week. Dish detergent, laundry detergent, extra trash bags. Everything you normally don’t get when you rent like this. The view was spectacular, you could see the beach even while sitting in the living room. Location was also great. Check in and out was a breeze. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

Our stay in this condo was great! It was our first family vacation since having our second child. The owner is very responsive and very accommodating! The condo was very clean and was a great location! The photos of the condo were slightly different than the way it was set up during our stay, but we figured there were some updates. This condo was minutes from the outlet mall, minutes from great dining, and literally a minute walk across the street to the beach. We truly enjoyed staying at Majestic Sun and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location with extra little details

This condo is in the perfect location. We had a few hiccups during our stay but Samantha did a great job getting back to us and straightening things out. It’s beautifully decorated, just needs a little freshening up as some items are worn out. Samantha includes all the extra little details in the condo from a Keurig with k-cups, initial shampoo/conditioner, all sinks have hand soap included along with dish soap. It was nice having a weeks worth of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags already in the condo since most don’t provide this. Overall, we would stay again!

1st time in Miramar beach

The property is great for beach lovers. The beach is just a few minutes away across the street. The unit has a beautiful direct ocean view from the balcony & master bedroom. This is a spacious 2-bedroom condo. The gym is well equipped & maintained. The pool facilities are great & I enjoyed both the indoor & outdoor pool. All restaurants are about a 5minute drive. The building has great security oversight & ample outdoor/indoor parking. Lastly, the unit owner (Samantha) is great and is always available to address your questions.

View and location were wonderful. Kitchen was stocked nicely. We never could figure out the TV remotes for 2 of the TVs but didn’t concern ourselves too much with it because we were not there to watch TV Couch and loveseat need replaced as they were dingy and uncomfortable. There were no sheets available for the pullout couch. We came prepared. There were not enough chairs on the patio as listed and the two that were out there were terribly uncomfortable. That was a huge disappointment because the view is everything. There was sand in the unit upon arrival. I rarely post negative reviews nor do I call management and complain because I do not want to ruin a vacation by spending my time complaining. We made the best of it. We researched and booked based on the unit description and reviews. We travel to Florida often and this was a new location for us. Enjoyed the area but to be honest, this unit needs freshening up.

Beautiful location

The owners of this condo were Very easy to work with and communicate with regarding our stay. The unit was just says they described. The beach view was amazing. They had plenty of towels and beach towels and amenities at the condo. The pool and hot tub‘s were very busy due to the time a year we were there. The kitchen was starts with ever pan and Appliance you can imagine. The beds slept very nice and the unit was very clean. We did communicate with the owner about a few things we found when we got there so we were not responsible and she was very appreciative. You are very close to the beach and several restaurants and bars. The downstairs shop is very nice if you forget to bring anything or want to shop for souvenirs. They have a parking garage that is very nice to park in. I would highly recommend choosing Majestic Sun Suite 404 To any of my friends or family. Once again great communication with the owners and would consider staying there again if we visit the area.🌴🏝🏖

The property was the perfect location, close to shopping, food and the beach.

Renting this property was so efficient. The manager was quick to respond and gave excellent instructions on the how to’s for the property. I would highly recommend and we will stay again.

Great Time!

We had an awesome vacation at Majestic Sun. Condo was as showed in pictures, & very clean. Beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach wagon, & beach toys were all supplied in the room. Which helped out a lot. We would book this condo again in the future.

This is a fantastic property with a terrific owner. Unit is in great shape, Majestic Sun property overall very well maintained and easy to come/go out of. Access to the beach is super easy. Samantha was extremely helpful and professional to work with. Definitely recommend staying here!

We will be contacting Samantha again for this unit! She was very informative and helpful throughout our stay. The unit was perfect! Clean and a ton of extras that our friends who also stayed in the building but at different units did not have. Chairs, umbrellas, coffee, beach cart and beach towels. Definitely pleased with our decision to stay at Unit 404!! Thanks again for a worry free week of vacation!
