The Space:

Majestic Sun Unit A 307 has breathtaking views from a private third story balcony and is conveniently located nearest the parking garage walk-over! You will love the this cozy one bedroom two bath unit for a quick getaway or a small family vacation. The living area offers a tropical sofa sleeper, a recliner, a dining table for four, and three lovely wrought iron bar stools at the breakfast bar for additional seating. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops as well as all the housewares needed to prepare meals at your home away from home. The master bedroom offers a king bed, cozy bedding, and a private bathroom with a single vanity and a shower tub combo. There are two built-in bunk beds in the hallway with nice twin bedding. The second bathroom is situated in the hallway between the bunks and the kitchen and offers a single vanity and a walk-in glass enclosed shower. Enjoy the use of a stackable washer and dryer in a separate laundry closet during your stay. There are flat screen TVs and DVD players throughout! Please be advised that the Majestic Sun HOA will be performing building-wide exterior maintenance on Buildings A and B from September 2026 through April 2027.

The project will begin with balcony repairs running from September through December 2026. During this initial phase, balconies will be completely blocked depending on the specific building stack the construction crew is currently renovating. Balconies will be inaccessible, outdoor furniture will be stored inside the units for safety, and the resort pool will close periodically during overhead work. Following this, walkway updates will take place from January through April 2027, requiring units to be completely blocked off on a floor-by-floor basis as the crew progresses through the building. If you plan to visit or have an upcoming stay scheduled, please reach out to your Property Manager as soon as possible to see if your specific unit is affected by the construction schedule.
