  • Tenga en cuenta que tenemos políticas muy estrictas de Spring Break y que no se alquilan a menores de 25 años. Requerimos que haya un adulto mayor de 25 años por cada dos personas menores de 25 años. Solo tomamos vacaciones familiares. ¡Sin excepciones!

    Esta unidad, # 411B, una unidad de lujo, que le da vista al golfo desde el dormitorio principal, balcón extendida, y sala de estar y se encuentra en la 4ª planta del Majestic Sol Esta unidad cuenta con un rey en el maestro, dos camas individuales en la habitación de invitados, y un sofá cama en la sala de estar!

    Todas las unidades de Majestic Sun tendrán unas vistas sin obstáculos del Golfo!

    interiores decorados con gusto lo largo de este condominio que ponen en total relajación. Disfrute de su hermosa vista al golfo sin obstrucciones desde su balcón privado, sala de estar o área de comedor.

    Esta unidad cuenta con un nuevo sofá cama, sofá de dos plazas, mesas laterales y lámparas en el salón a partir de diciembre de 2018. Imágenes que vienen pronto!

My family loved the close access to beach. Great place to stay. Rooms are always nice . Places to eat are convenient and within driving distance . .

Can’t wait to book this unit again! Perfect location with incredible beach views and everything in walking distance. Loved the private parking space right by the elevator!

Loved the location. Right across the strreet from the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean.. the condo was very clean, we had no complaints. We will definitely go back, i hope soon.

We selected this VRBO unit because of its proximity to a weekend event in the immediate area. Great access to beach. Must cross a busy street but good traffic signs and crosswalks for pedestrians. Although the decor is a little dated, the unit was very clean and had everything we needed. They even have beach chairs and a nice umbrella for use. Bring a beach wagon for carting things to/from beach. Many dining and shopping options all around. Great communication with unit management. Enjoyed our stay!

Family Friendly

Great place for kids. It's a well loved and lived in unit, peeling wallpaper and cabinets are not perfect, mysterious thumping noise behind dryer. All in all a super good experience. It was super clean and had all the things needed for a fantastic week at the beach!

The condo itself was clean but definitely in need of updating. Carpet worn wallpaper peeling curtains torn wood surface behind all knobs worn away. There were only 6 wrist bands in the container and it stated that there should be 8 or I would be charged!

Loved this property

Loved everything except for the horrible bed and couch. There was no place for comfort. The bed felt like an air mattress and pillows were awful. Not updated countertops but that didn’t bother me as much as the losing sleep for 15 days.

This unit makes life easy

We read all the reviews and were aware that the unit was in need of refreshing. We chose it anyway because of the convenience of reserved basement parking, the excellent view and location walkable to many restaurants and amenities. We made the right choice!! If you are a person that does not like to spend time driving around looking for limited parking, then this is the unit for you. The basement spot was just across from the elevator lobby. Made our vacation low stress. A very enjoyable week. Thanks!

My stay

2 out of 3 of the elevators were always broken. My family got stuckbin one of the elevators and had to have the fire department called. The dryer made a horrible noise that you could hear from outside. The exhaust fan in the master bathroom could be heard from outside. I asked for compensation, but was told I need to contact the HOA. They never got back to me. I would not recommend this resort. My family had a horrible experience.

Overall good time

Overall good time! There were a few nit picky things that we weren’t fond of but not a big deal...therefore not perfect but still very good!

Great place to stay, for the 2nd time in a year

This is the 2nd time we stayed in this unit this year (2018) and both times were great. Only item needing attention is the lack of a door lock on the balcony sliding door, but a rod, supplied by the mgmt. office, addressed that for our stay. Will be back again to stay ASAP :).
