Relaxing Get Away

My husband and I needed this relaxing get away. We love to come to the beach. This is our favorite place to come. This condo was very nice . The only part we did not like was the carpet in the bedrooms. The view is the die for.

We all loved the view. Condo was very clean.Our hot water heater went out the second day we were there but was fixed very fast . Would rent again. Thank for everything.

Family Vacation 2023

We recently stayed here at Majestic Sun 411A for our family vacation. Upon arrival we noticed how beautifully decorated and modern the entire condo was. The view from the balcony was amazing. The master bed was very comfortable and our children had no complaints on the bunk beds and pull out couch. As wonderful as that all was there was a serious cockroach infestation inside this unit. We have pictures to document how bad it was. It truly put a damper on our vacation as we spent more time killing roaches than being able to relax. We reported the problem and was told they sent a bug company while we were at the beach and they found no sign of any bugs. The washing machine also had a very strong odor. All in all we enjoyed our trip but will not be returning due to the roach problem. We are just praying we don't bring any back to our home with us. :(

Review for our stay at the Majestic Sun

Great view of the ocean and the pool. The area rug in the living room was really dirty. The frig and the washer both smelled . The washer odor was fixed while we were there but we did not address the refrig odor. The master bedroom was nice. Parking was close to our room.

2022 Summer Vaca

This was our 3rd summer in Destin and the best. Wonderful beach front location. Great access to everything. The condo was very nice and clean and over looked the pool. Awesome beach view.

Loved our time together!

Condo was wonderful! Amazing view, clean pools and hot tubs, beautifully decorated! The filtered water dispenser on the fridge did not work so we had to buy more bottled waters. And the kitchen could stand to have a cookie baking sheet and bathroom could also use wall hooks for hanging wet items. We will definitely be back!!! The pullout sofa bed was super comfy too, which was unusual for a pullout mattress. But, my teen son slept like a baby in it!! Thanks for the incredible time!

Great Location

Location and facilities was great. Rooms were clean. I wish the facility would offer beach towels, include more toilet paper and paper towels. Enjoyed my experience at location. Perfect four my wife and two kids. I did call in a issue because the stairs of the bunk bed were broken and some lights were out but it did not get addressed.

Great Stay!

Great choice with this property ! Nice layout and furnishings were nice. Great view of the beach from the balcony. The only suggestions I’d make would be nice to have a couple of beach chairs and a couple beach towels. And more than one roll of bathroom tissue in the bathrooms. We’d rent again!

Perfect getaway

What an amazing property! It exceeded my expectations... clean, well maintained/stocked, and beautifully decorated. The balcony was big and had phenomenal views. It is angled perfectly to watch the sunset. My son was doing school and I was working remotely during our stay. The wifi was excellent and supported multiple zoom calls without difficulty (even on the balcony). The beach right across the street has beautiful white sand and great waves. It was warm enough that we were at the beach almost every afternoon. The pool is lovely and there were times we even had it to ourselves. It was easy to maintain our bubble during our stay. Shipt was available for food delivery. Other building residents were respectful of maintaining distance and many wore masks. After a year of working/schooling remotely this was exactly the escape we needed!

Beautifully kept property

From the time we arrived to the time we left, we had everything we needed without even asking. The check in/check out process was so convenient. The little extra touches, ie beach chairs, kids beach toys were so appreciated. Thank you for an absolutely fantastic vacation.
