Upon arrival Monday afternoon I was told could not go to room. It was not cleaned and i had until 4 pm to check in the room. At 4,4:30,5,5:30...etc I continued to call. Finally by a small miracle” Inez” a sweet & kind Jamaican cleaning lady asked for my drivers license and checked what room I had. She let me in and it was clean! No notification from this place as indicated. I also emailed my sales person several times. NO response from the resort or the sales lady. Thank goodness Inez was kind. Next I was informed by sales staff that tram ran until 2 am. Not true! Our kids were dropped off at the village with no money for a cab because we were told by sales staff that the tram ran until 2. Next people are allowed to drive cars and golf carts like race car drivers with out a word of reprimand from your staff. I was credited 2 nights but I truly think I was entirely misguided just to sell me 5 nights. Who does that? Why?
