Perfect location

This condo was tucked back in a lifestyle community with direct access to the beach and other amenities like pools, golf, tennis, and basketball. We didn’t have to take our car anywhere for the weekend days we were there. The condo itself was perfect with two private bedrooms and bathrooms plus a shared living area and outdoor balcony. The property was just like the photos show and the kitchen was fully stocked. We will absolutely book this property in the future.

very pleased

condo was very clean and great location in building. View was wonderful. everything was exactly as the pictures showed. only issue was washing machine and dryer were very small, but that is just something we will remember for next time. We definitely making note of this unit and booking again the next time we are able to go to the beach. This was our 1st ever real vacation to a beach.

Perfect for our family of 5

We loved the location/proximity to the beach. The place was clean and well-stocked. We had everything we needed for a family vacation. Our only complaint is the king bed needs a new mattress. My husband felt like he was sleeping in a hole on his side of the bed. The mattress topper didn’t help. We would rent this property again if the mattress was replaced.

Property was clean & great location to so much at SanDestin & surrounding area. We couldn't open the app when we got there for whatever reason & couldn't get the codes to enter until we had a better internet connection. I'd recommend sending the codes in an email also. We would rent here again

Dirty property / Don’t waste your money.

This rental is in very poor condition. The rugs in the apartment are very old and dirty especially those in the bathrooms, the same for the living room couches - dirty and disgusting. One of the toilet sets is cracked and loose. The balcony door it’s hard to open/close. (The same complaint was listed on one of earlier reviews and nothing is been done about). Also this management company will not let you check in earlier the 4:00pm. When asked if we they can do a exception about it they said - NO! They did not even try to find an excuse why we can’t go in. (Their door codes start working strictly at 4:00pm and they don’t give a *** if you are tired from the travel to get there). Bed matresess are very soft and unconfortable / beds sheets are made out some sort of plastic like material, you will sweat like a horse in them. We paid top money for our 7 nights stay and we expected a better managed and mantained apartment. Will never rent from this company again. (I advise you to book directly from the owners since their propreties are better maintained and it’s easier to deal with them)

Great choice

First time at Sandestin, loved the room, area. The room could of had more electronic plug ins for the children. The ocean had seaweed this time, but that you can't control. Pool was excellent choice to go too if you needed too. Plenty places to shop and eat. Will be back.

Great condo.... But vacation ended on a sour note

The condo itself was great! Clean and spacious. Luau property pool and beach access was very convenient. However, the last night of our vacation our car was broken into in the garage. Very expensive equipment stolen. The property manager was very nonchalant about the issue. Basically told, "we don't have garage cameras". Really upset about that.

Great Location and Accomodation

The unit was as described and suited our needs perfectly. The door to the balcony was difficult to open but we appreciated that since we had little ones with us and did not want them to go out without adult supervision. The property facilities were nice and adequate. The pool could've been cleaner as there was a film of gunk on the side tiles. However, I do understand how difficult it is to manage that with so many people using the pool and lots of sunscreen in use. The proximity to the beach was great and the view was terrific. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay.

Family R&R

We took a short trip with mother to have some R&R. The property was perfect! Clean and the view was amazing. Amy checked us in and checked on us the following day. She was very kind and personable. We will definitely be back!

Great place for a week at the beach. Very close to the beach. The view of the beach and surrounding areas was impeccable. Close to shopping and restaurants. Furnishing and Amenities were excellent.

Great condo!

Excellent location and rental with everything you could possibly need. Clean and spacious for a group of 7 that included two teens. Beds were comfortable, view was amazing and decor was very nice. Quiet end of the hallway and beautiful views. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

The property was a great getaway with great amenities! Having the pool, beach, and access to Emerald coast with groceries and restaurants made it an enjoyable experience. At this unit, has GREAT views! Unit was updated, comfortable with great furniture, linens, and very clean. If you stay here, you won't regret it!

Wonderful condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was updated and decorated beautifully. It was very spacious and our daughters loved that they had their own space. The balcony provided great views. The beach closet was much appreciated and so convenient to grab beach chairs and walk the short 3 minutes to the beach. The pool was great. I would highly recommend booking this unit!

Beautiful unit

Great unit. Staff at the facility was really friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. The location and unit itself are amazing. Not real happy with the property management. They weren’t helpful.
