Beautifully decorated unit. Great views of Sandestin Resort, ocean, bay, pools, golf course. Very clean. Loved the wrap around balcony. Bathroom is cramped but the shower is updated and great. There is a half bath off the main sitting area so that helps. The ice maker didn’t work so we bought several bags of ice. We would recommend this unit and stay here again.

Great Room and location

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the rooms we rented, the location, and the facilities. The beach was crowded as expected but the experience was great. The pool was a definite plus and the kids really enjoyed it. There was a sunset deck on top of the building which made for an additional unique experience. Overall everything was great. Our only trial was attempting to locate a luggage cart at both check in and check out - in which we never did despite searching far and wide - so carrying luggage from parking to our room on the 16th floor made for multiple cumbersome trips and proved timely. Staff at the facility wasn’t helpful in locating carts either. Proximity to eateries and shops was great. And the gated community was an additional safety benefit.

A great vacation!

This is our second time staying at Luau/My Vacation Haven and we absolutely love it! The location is perfect for the beach, pool, Baytown, restaurants, etc. The condo was clean and had everything you needed. Will definitely be going back!

Great property new and clean

This looked completely redone, one of the nicer units we have had in a luau. Tons of kitchen equipment, beautifully decorated and great views. Also lots of beach toys and chairs. Easy to communicate with the property managers and no issues. Great stay!

Great location

The location was great! Our kids loved the pool area. The condo itself was clean and just the right space for our family. One complaint is that our shower was cold all week - we never once were able to have a warm or hot shower. The communication with the rental agency was sub par and seemed a little disorganized. Overall, we would recommend.

Trip to Destin

Property was exactly as listed. Very clean and secure. Not a too bad if a walk to the beach. The pool was very nice when you didn't want to go to the beach. View was great for the fireworks on July 4th.

Very clean Condo! Nicely decorated good location.

Nice condo very clean and decorated in a comfortable beach style. The only negative was there was no room to put your clothes. Closets were full with beach supplies. Drawers were packed with many, many books. The pantry was filled with many extra dishes and glasses and coffee mugs. There was no where to store your non perishable foods. We ended up putting them in a hall drawer. Beds are very, very firm. Other than that it was a nice clean place and had plenty of extra supplies.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! Short walk to the beach. Only hassle is that there are only 2 elevators, which caused long wait at times. Also, to get the carts for luggage was nearly impossible. That was most heard complaint

Annual Mother’s Day trip 2021

We were please with everything other than the bedroom mattress in the main room. It was sooooooo hard! No sleep the last 3 nights. I have never in my life slept on something so hard. Firm is good, but this was over the top. Can’t wait to get home and get a good nights sleep. Other than that, all was well with Amazing views.

Great location!

We have been coming to Destin & the 30A area for many years. We’ve stayed in many condos as well as some houses from Destin to Rosemary, & I have to say this was one of our favorite rentals. A very nice condo with excellent views. Loved being on the 16th floor with a great wrap around balcony. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and evening cocktail. Everything was great! Fast elevators, beautiful large pool, & short & easy walk to the beach! Cant say enough about this beautiful place. We loved it & will be back!

Perfect retreat to the Beach

My mother and I enjoyed a quick trip to the beach to escape cold and dreary Mid-west weather. And it was just what we needed! The weather was perfect! The pool was our favorite spot to catch some rays. We also enjoyed the short walk to the beach as well as several other walkable parts of the property...just beautiful! The property was very clean and well maintained. Everything was just perfect and just what we needed!

Family vacation

Beautiful views from every window and balcony! Very spacious. We loved having the privacy from my daughter and her family and yet they were right there! Condo was very well stocked. The 1/2 bath was an added bonus! Will look for this condo again.

Great Vacation

Our room was perfect for 2 families. Love how the bedrooms are completely separated. The only thing I can think of is that we really needed a broom. They had a small hand held type but with sand from the beach it would have been nice to have been able to sweep the whole room. Views were amazing and really enjoyed our stay.
