Clean with Amazing views

Property was above our expectations. Clean, spacious, well decorated with amazing views. First time staying at TOPSL was a great experience we will for sure be back. Pickle ball, tennis and mini golf was a fun after dinner activity. Beach was clean and perfect.

Stunning view

This was our first time staying at this location and we would return in a heartbeat. It doesn’t get much better than the view from the balcony. In addition, the wall of windows in the condo allows for even more views of the gulf and the bay. The condo is spacious and there was plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 2 children. From the balcony we could see all kinds of marine life. My kids loved the pool and the mini golf course. Everyone on the property was extremely friendly and helpful. Any time I contacted Kimberly, she responded very quickly.It was one of our most memorable trips!

Tops’l 1306 was an amazing property. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. The view was fantastic, and the condo had everything we could have needed and more. Gorgeous, clean and perfect for our family. We could definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Family Spring Break

This condo has an amazing view and is very spacious! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. My kids loved all the sand and beach toys! I was thankful for the well stocked kitchen and the ice machine for cocktails! The location is ideal if you want to be close to shopping, tourist attractions and restaurants. We loved that we also didn’t have leave if we didn’t want. We enjoyed lunches by the heated pool and the daily kids activities and of course hours of fun at the beach.

Wonderful place with excellent views. Great location close to many things but not in the middle of crowds either. Bedrooms fit 6 people and any more means sofa sleeper in living room. Would come back this this place again for sure

Beautiful spacious condo in great location

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. It is perfect for a large family with a spacious living Roland kitchen. The balcony is generously sized so everyone could hang out there when not at the beach. The only real disappointment was the pool was ice cold, not heated at all. We talked with someone staying at The Summitt who said their pool was heated. Since they re part of the same complex, we don’t understand why The Tides was not. The kitchen was generally well appointed with dishes, glasses and silverware. We could have used more kitchen towels as there were only 2. Also, there was no strainer which we would have used while cooking.

Great Views…great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tides 1206! We have stayed in several 3 BR units at the Tides and this unit is our favorite so far. We had everything we needed. Beautiful views and nice furnishings, well equipped kitchen, an ice machine (!), beach cart & toys, comfy beds and towels, good Wi-Fi. Thank you so much for thinking of the “little things”…we will be back!

Enjoyable stay at Tops’l

Condo was clean and comfortably. We enjoyed the stay and especially the large patio. We took advantage of the amenities at Tops’l and played pickleball as well as miniature golf while there. The location was great with lots of restaurants and things to do. Would definitely stay there again.

Bad weather, rip tides w drownings

Property was very nice. Love topsl. Rep. very nice and helpful. Downside was the terrible weather (rain, rip tides with double red flags) One downside was vrbo and your K along with history says you don't charge the full amount asap if you book 6 mo. out. charge 1/2 then the other 1/2 a certain closer time to vacation.

Thanksgiving Blessing

This beautiful condo was even better than the pictures.! I have been staying in diffferent Tides units for over 20 years and this unit was the best equipped from kitchen supplies, condiments, games beach toys etc. The view is always spectacular but furnishings were not only attractive but comfortable. Our family of 7 had the best of times in this unit. It was a blessing. I could only ask for a vacuum cleaner which I never found.
