Our stay was really wonderful. We have a 4 and 6 year old and a small cavapoo who went with us and first I have to say, we heard next to nothing at night when Baytowne was hopping! The place was swanky and cool. A few things were messed up from previous renters like the laundry closet door and the sink in the guest bathroom was basically off the wall so my kids had to use ours. But it was still an amazing place! The owners were easy to contact and very kind. A huge thing for us also is they didn’t have a governor on the AC! Team passes took us to the beach every day so we didn’t have to worry about parking. It was awesome! I can confidently say our family had an awesome vacation and we look forward to staying again in the future! Thank you for a wonderful place!

Absolutely amazing

The condo was amazing! Perfect location within walking distance to the restaurants and shopping. The beach was just a short drive down the road. The condo was spacious, clean and perfect for us and our furry friend! Would definitely be back and stay here again!

We had a great time!

The one negative about the whole place was that it was loud all night due to the nightlife around the area. Most people probably wouldn’t mind, but we had a three month old baby with us so that was difficult. Overall, though, the location was so fun to be next to all of the shops and restaurants and have pool and beach access!

Nice getaway

property owner was quick to respond to questions and it was very clean. Due to the face it was a holiday weekend it was very difficult to park - several nights we had to go to other parking lot. Also not enough luggage carts though this is not fault of owner. Kitchen was very well stocked. Only item I’d suggest to upgrade is dryer. To be nice and help out , we started some laundry and it took 3 times to run the dryer to get towels dry. Would stay here again and found the ow we nice and always available to assist

Beautiful place and excellent location. We visit San Destin at this time every year, and have for 15+ years, for my husband to attend a conference. This year did NOT disappoint. Easy access to parking garage, entertainment, conference center, dining, shopping, EVERYTHING!!! Was happy to see more businesses and restaurants opening up again in Baytowne Wharf. Great Place To Stay

Location of this condo is great. You walk out your doorstep and you are in the middle of the action. The greatest attribute is that the condo is dog friendly. I'm always apprehensive that the condo will smell like a dog. No worries here! There is no carpet in the condo for smells to harbor and it is very clean. Don't let the dog friendly status scare you away if you do not have a pet.

Awesome Location

We stayed here on Spring Break with our 2 kids. They loved the bunk beds. The location was perfect. Above Baytowne Wharf, so convenient to everything. Having a kitchen made it great for cooking in some nights. Such a short distance from parking garage to condo. Would stay again due to the location.
