Overall nice place to stay

When we first arrived, the door to our unit was wide open. Unfortunately, had to get rid of some bugs that made it into the unit. I did check everything to make sure no other uninvited guests made it in. The deadbolt does not engage although the sling lock did. All of the dishes were still in the dishwasher leaving it up to us to unload. The master bedroom tv did not work. We did have someone come the next day to replace communication cords and got it back up and working but left the old cords and a tape measure on the counter. The master bedroom ceiling fan would not change speeds so we could not turn it up to high. We bought a tower fan that helped in the evening with airflow. Besides the mentioned, the rest of the trip was good. Easy access to the beach. Location is nice to not be in the middle of town but access to everything that one would need. Shopping, restaurants, etc..

It was modern and decorated so nice. It was clean and just how the pictures show it. Great view!!

Great condo, great location

Everything was great in regards to the room & the area of town. Love how close to the beach we were. We were also pretty central to all restaurants and malls/activities. So many options within a 10 min drive. The only downfall of our trip would be the limited parking at the resort and the building only had one working elevator. Luckily we were only on the 5th floor so we took the stairs most of the time.

Nice stay, but rental issues.

The floors were not well cleaned. Balcony was not cleaned at all. Dirty floor, table and chairs. Screen from master bedroom to balcony was torn out of frame. Reported this issue but never taken care of. Fan in second bedroom would not turn off.

Great condo!

I'm sure we'll be back to this property. It is very clean and had everything you we needed (minus a sharp knife for chopping!). It's a quiet location and we felt very safe. Easy parking, loading, unloading and close to shopping and grocery. Great access to the beach and the pool has a lot of chairs.

Perfect stay

My family and I enjoyed the beautiful condo. It had a front row view of the ocean. We love the upgrades that have been done to the property. Also the beach it's not crowded at all. Very private. We will be returning

Overall great stay but some concerns.

The property was really cute and spacious and the view was magnificent! We really had a relaxing get away. I would definitely recommend to others and stay again. 1. Access code to the unit was changed and I was not notified. Had to call late at night to gain access. 2. Maintenance man showed up unannounced to repair hole in wall behind washer. He had no id and no shoes on. 3. Master BR window is broken and I almost injured my fingers trying to close it all of the way.

Enjoyed it!

Easy check in/check out process. Property is in a great location, great view and easy access to all that Miramar, Destin, Sandestin, Santa Rosa, and Seaside have to offer.

Fabulous!

This condo has ruined us for staying anywhere else! Beautiful view, gorgeous decor, super clean, walk right out to the white sand beach. It’s the best beach condo we ever rented and we want to come back next year.
