Great Experience

The experience with he owner was great, any time I had to contact them , thery replied in a very timely manner & was very helpful! The Condo location is perfect! You see the ocean as you walk in the door! Gorgeous view! Great location close to some things without being right in the middle of everything. We enjoyed the pool really nice area , with a indoor/outdoor pool , kids pool & hot tub area. Nice condo, only thing that I could really say negative about, was the area rug in the living room looked old/dirty looking. All in all , very nice & we we're all well pleased. There was 7 of us all together and it accommodated us well as far as sleeping arrangements & such!

Is an expensive rental , then we suppose to have : shampoo , conditioner, enough soaps , towel and toilet paper , map with local attractions , recommendations for food etc etc . Great location , beautiful views . Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided inside de unit

unit was nice , but the property descripition said beachfront when it was not .The property was beach access a very big difference .I would not have reserved the unit if I knew it was not on the water.. Extremely misleading add and very disappointing.

Destin Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation in Destin. The view from the Condo was wonderful and location was convenient. There was 3 beach chairs and an umbrella you could use, but we enjoyed using the beach service( if you want to be on the first row make your reservations with LDV beach service early). Pros: *Proximity to beach *Location *Covered parking *Beds were comfortable and had plenty pillows/covers *Walking distance to restaurant, coffee shop, convenience store and Alvin's Island * Grocery store (Winn Dixie nearby) * Condo was clean *Nice patio furniture to enjoy morning coffee or people watch Cons: *People smoking on balconies * I had to go buy a skillet and pot because the kitchen is not stocked well. It was surprising how little pots/pans present. There wasn't even a toaster. *Patio was covered in sand and if you walked out barefooted, the bottom of your feet were black *The road you have to cross to get to the beach was very busy. Crosswalks are not lit at night so you have to cross very carefully. * Pool is small and has very limited loungers * Never saw bbq pits or grills so if you plan on grilling you should verify availability Overall the Condo is very nice. The biggest complaint was the lack of appliances and cookware. If you don't intend on cooking, this condo is great!

Great Location and Clean!

This condo had all of our needs: coffee maker, pots, pans, and even a Keurig!! The view was picture perfect and you can hear the ocean waves loud and clear! Easy access to parking, restaurants, bars, pool, and walking path! All at your fingertips for a relaxing Florida getaway!

Good place

The place is very good! I was worried because it looked smaller but it was pretty big! Staff members are very polite and friendly, it’s very close to the beach and a bar! Overall the place was great, in my opinion just ask for the sheets to be changed upon arrival, one of the rooms had sandy sheets and was a little uncomfortable but the place has a washer and dryer machine!

Amazing stay in Miramar Beach!

My husband, I, and our teen boys stayed in this condo 4 nights. It has an amazing location! A quick walk across the street and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views of the beach. It took a little trial and error to figure out how to lock the door, lol! For some reason we didn't know that there was a closet full of beach gear in the second bedroom. There are also many great restaurants within a few miles. We would love to stay here again!

Nice Stay and Easy Process

The process to renting was extremely easy and hassle free. The condo was nice - as listed. We had no issues during our time and enjoyed the facility very much. Loved the beach view deck the best! Will likely come back.

Nice place

This was a nice place, located close to the beach. My only real complaints were that some of their stuff could use some updating and the road between the beach and the condo was pretty busy. The microwave didn't work half the time, a glass shattered while my daughter was washing it and a few other things here and there. They were polite and responsive about any issues we had though. We hadn't expected the constant traffic and noise level from the road. It was hard to hear the ocean from the balcony a lot of the time because of the noise from the cars. We enjoyed our stay, I just think maybe the price should be a bit lower because of these things.

Destin Vacation 2019

Second year we stayed here in this Condo. Had a wonderful vacation and condo was in great location with a great view of Gulf of Mexico.
