Really nice condo. Very clean. Very clear and easy check in/check out instructions. Suggestions to improve would be to replace the sink faucet (it would only spray water on one setting and it would spray everywhere). Would also like to have a few more utensils and a broom to sweep up the sand.

Thanksgiving vacation

The property was in great shape very clean, we had a problem with the one toilet not wanting to flush the tank wanted to over flow, we let the office know and they fixed it that day,other then that we had a very relaxing time.

The view was absolutely breathtaking! We loved how easy it was to get to and from the beach everyday. The unit was modern, super clean, and homey. The chairs and umbrella were definitely appreciated to save us from paying the extra fees to rent them all week. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo with AMAZING VIEWS

We spent 9 nights here and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was exactly as described. The short walk to the beach was so convenient. The most relaxed vacation we have ever had. The view from the balcony was stunning. This will be our next go to when we visit again.🏖☀️

Overall good stay

Overall my husband and I had a great time. Our unit looked just like the photos. Easy check in/check out process and perfect location to walk right to the beach. We did have some minor inconveniences including the faucet in the kitchen sink being jammed causing water to spray everywhere every time you used it which was annoying, the toilet paper holders need to be tightened in the bathrooms - the toilet paper was constantly falling off, and the remotes for the tv’s didn’t work unless you were right up on the tv. However, all of those things wouldn’t keep me from renting again. Our biggest complaint was the size of the outdoor pool. This rental is part of two very large condo buildings and the outdoor pool is simply not big enough for the amount of people who have access to it. It made it challenging to just relax in the water because there were so many kids playing and jumping, and there just wasn’t enough space. I also wondered how often the pool got cleaned because the water was dirty and foggy each time we were there.

This is a lovely condo and great place to stay. There are a lot of other families around in other condos but if you don’t mind hearing kids then that should be no problem. Would definitely recommend to others!

Fabulous location and views

This is our first time staying at majestic sun and the property was great. Very clean, easily accessible, and good views. Seemed safe with easy parking as well. Also very prompt elevators compared to other places we have stayed. Only complaint was we felt we didn’t have all the info we needed in advance like the parking set up, codes to the facility doors (still don’t know), and check out instructions. Our host informed us their was a book with this info in our condo but we never found it. Also our 4PM check in was late and we didn’t receive our condo code check in till after 4PM. Overall even with minor complaints we would stay here again.

Loved our stay

Really enjoyed our stay, location is fantastic. It was great to wake up to the view and sound of the ocean. In most mornings, we saw dolphins swimming and that was such a wonderful surprise.

Best unit we have ever stayed in by far.

From the point of booking the property manager was extremely helpful, prompt, and answered any questions we had. The room was ready early and when we walked in it was immaculate! Everything was spotless, there were plenty of towels and wash cloths available. The two beach chairs were also a plus! The views here are incredible and the staff that work at the property are very friendly! I would have no hesitation booking with this property or specifically this unit again! A+++ can’t say enough, thank you so much!

Cozy for Couples

We enjoyed our stay in 409B. We arrived to find easy music playing. Very nice touch. The unit was clean and equipped with kitchen basics. The balcony has a patio table and a small glider, and great views of the beach. There’s a washer/dryer unit in the extra bathroom. We used the beach chairs provided, saving us the expense of renting from the beach service. The unit is nicely decorated with modern contemporary furnishings. We had everything we needed here. We’ll absolutely rebook this unit for future getaways.
