Property Mgmt on resolution

The condo was nice, the problem was the water heater not functioning and the rental company (property manager) was not good at resolution. We arrived Saturday and the water heater did not work. Emails sent they sent out

Showers need help

Propery is nice, but shower/water pressure is terrible. Water was barely coming out in the master bathroom. So we all were having to share the guest shower since it was only slighty better, and water was also lukewarm at best.

family vacay

The condo is in a perfect location. It is also very quiet and the new pool is fantastic. The only downside is the condo could be a little cleaner, but I can be pretty particular. Doors and cabinetry had visible dirt and food splatter. The vents were covered in dust. And the couches were very stained. It had been updated very nicely, but needs a deep cleaning for sure. The management company and owners were great to work with. I would stay again.

Beautiful view

We very much enjoyed our stay- Just a few items that need addressed-the pull out sofa is basically broken. The mattress goes down hill at the head of the bed. The laundry room light was missing the glass globe. The guest room sheets had sand in them. All that being said, the location, ease of getting to the beach and pool was awesome.

The unit needs a deep cleaning! The floors were dirty, the strip on the bottom of the shower doors was black, the vents in the living and dining rooms were dirty, needed dusting…. The mattresses were uneven and that made them uncomfortable.. otherwise I loved it!!!

Picture perfect view!

This is a beautiful condo with unbeatable views! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. We especially loved the closet with beach toys, chairs and umbrellas! The property is great and the pool has recently been remodeled.

Great Girls Getaway

This property was perfect for our girls trip! The place was spacious and very clean. The beds were very clean and comfortable! We basked on the private beach and soaked in the hot tub! Friendly staff-specifically the security guard Gabriel who gave us lots of info about the property! We would definitely stay again!

My vacation heaven was cool

Good experience with my vacation heaven. Our stay was seemless and the beach was close and beautiful. Not too far from the habor either. Close to the outlet mall. Over all we will stay again when we come back to Destin!

This condo and location never disappoints!

This is our second year here in this same condo and we just love it! From the minute we walk in the door it feels perfect. The beds are comfy, plenty of seating and kitchen with all the kitchen supplies and utensils you need for making lovely meals. Can’t beat that view either. Perfect for our family and we plan to be back again next year!

We had a great time here for the 2nd time in 2 years. Although the pull out bed is broken and has been since last year when we stayed here. Also, bring your own extra blankets as there were sand and odor on the extra blankets here.

Beach Access did not exist!

Love the property however they decided to shut down our beach access and work on the boardwalk forcing us to have to walk a mile just to get to the beach. They did not give any advance notice on this. Found out from a sign hung up in the elevator when we arrived. HUGE disappointment!!!!!

Nice condo and heated pool

We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The condo was the perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 2 young kids. My only complaint is that the floors were sandy when we arrived and the vacuum didn't work well, despite my best efforts to clean it. Otherwise, the place was clean and well appointed.

Fabulous Getaway

This was our first time staying at Beachside One. I definitely recommend it! We had a gorgeous ocean/sunset view, perfect size for the 4 of us, an easy walk to the beach, and we LOVED having the PRIVATE beach! We will be back!
