Communication is terrible. You set expectations for those that stay but do not have expectations for your property. Construction happening without any notice. You need a thousand codes to enter and move around the property. Charge a fee for shuttle that you can’t find. Charge a cleaning fee when you don’t clean the room. Frequent traveler and this has been the worst property by far. Beach is nice but don’t forget the outrageous fee for chairs. Don’t charge the excessive fees if you can’t deliver on what your say you provide.

Under preformed

Felt more like hotel with the boxed soaps and single this and that. Usually when I rent a VRBO it feels like a home, spices, condiments, oils, stuff you normally have around house.

Great location and views!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We loved the location and the convenience of having the stairs so close. We were able to go down 1 flight of stairs to access the beach. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the unit. The patio views were beautiful!

Nice short stay

The property was nice and could tell the older condo had been updated. The bedroom was a bit to small. We didn’t use it. We slept in the main room on the king size bed. Very comfortable. Only issues 1. The pool was broken our whole stay 2. There is no handle on the outside of patio door and my husband got stuck out there. Overlooked pool but no one was at the pool because closed. But other than that it was a nice property

Great Beachfront View

We stayed here on a girls trip to the beach. The condo is in a great location with a great beachfront view. It was nice and clean. The sliding glass door had a broken handle on the outside, but a maintenance man came to assess it and ordered parts to replace it. The dryer does take a long time to dry towels. There are no designated closets, just for hanging clothes, but there were racks and hangers in the utility closet and the beach supply closet where you can hang clothes. There were two beach chairs, two floats, and a beach umbrella for use on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

Very nice condo. Most comfortable bed I’ve slept in on vacation. Pictures are exact.

This condo on the 3rd floor was a perfect location. The only time we took the elevators was on check out. We took the stairs the entire week. The king bed was super comfortable. The small sleep room was perfect for our 11 and 8 year old. We didn’t use the pull out sofa. Beautiful view from the balcony just as the pictures show. There is a closet with some beach chairs and floats. We also left some beach toys for upcoming guests. There is also a box fan in the closet for those that need it to sleep. There is a great restaurant just next door. This condo is great if you like the resort layout. If you like renting chairs and umbrellas on the beach, beware, you will NOT be close to the water. The Sandestin beach rentals set up about 5 rows deep. If you want close to the water so you can watch your kids play or if you want your chair and feet in the water, go out around 6am to set your own chairs up to get your spot. Just know that it will be super crowded. You will have chairs at your feet, the umbrella to both sides of you will be overlapping yours, and the people behind you will be so close you can’t recline your chair if you want to. Other than the crowded beach, our vacation was perfect and the condo was amazing.

Great getaway!

Great place for what we needed... small but adequate for two, kitchen well-stocked with cooking pots and utensils, but we had to buy a few things like dishwasher pods, sponge, dish soap, laundry soap,... but overall we really liked the location, nice view.

Amazing stay and experience!

Had an amazing trip, we loved to condo. Everything was exceptional, location was amazing, views were better than the pictures. Multiple balconies, clean, affordable, easy accessibility to the parking, facility, and amenities. We have already recommended this condo to family and friends! Would love to come back.

Perfect location, slightly outdated

Such a relaxing getaway! Checkin was a breeze as it was completed using the app. Everything is digital so there’s no waiting in line or paperwork to deal with. The location was right on the beach and was perfect. The only complaint I have is that the room was slightly outdated with visible cracks and stains throughout the room and there was still sand and crumbs under the furniture. But it’s a beach location so the Sandy floors are to be expected. All in all, I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Great beach access

I think a map of the gated community would be helpful, it’s a large area and was confusing to find which building was ours. Got to the property after a long day of traveling but the code that was given to us to unlock the front door did not work. Had to call the company and talk to a representative who had to give me the correct code. We saw 4 teenagers put a chair up to the wall to climb over and get into the pool area (Not the condo owners fault but still something to note). Other than that nice condo with perfect beach access.

Great location

We stayed the weekend, the main bed was nice and comfortable. It only has one bathroom but it did work. Nice seeing the ocean when you wakeup. The floors could of been a little cleaner but understandable due to being on the beach.

Mostly great!!

This is an adorable studio with an extra bed on a small room perfect for kids. Great location. Loved almost everything! Only disappointments were no coffee pot (my poor husband) they had left two separate coffee pot parts that you could not use together, the kitchen sink was clogged and the floors were very dirty on arrival. Called the management company and they said they would send maintenance, housekeeping and a new coffee pot. Never happened. We called back and we’re told they never put in the notes. Asked for just the coffee pot the floors we could live with, and we were able to fix the sink ourselves. Next day the housekeeping came to mop the floors which was great but they never brought back a coffee pot even after taking pictures of the mismatched parts. Not a huge deal just disappointing. Especially since we were told it was an easy fix and had brought everything needed. Other than that the condo is beautiful and comfortable!!
