The property was just as it appeared in pictures-very clean & just as described! The host communicated well & was fairly quick to respond when asking questions. The pool was great, the beach was within walking distance & the view from our balcony was perfect! The ONLY thing I could say negative about the property at all was that there wasn’t any salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc that most places have there from previous renters, but that was no big deal.

Room was very clean and was set up well by not having a bunch of things that could break by small kids. I really liked the boardwalk and grill set up at the pool if grilling out is your thing. The pool has a nice area where really small kids can walk in and play since there isn't a "kitty pool" section. Was super nice to have the golf cart. You never have to get in your vehicle if you don't want to once you get there because all grocery shopping and restaurants are within golf cart distance. Host was very responsive and kind.

Spring Break

Great unit with a nice balcony. Plenty of room for our family of four. We loved being in the beach having the golf cart to go over to the Village! There are absolutely no staple items - no salt/pepper, no coffee filters, not even one extra trash bag, etc. so you need to bring EVERYTHING. I understand those aren’t provided but I’ve never stayed in a rental where there aren’t some leftover items just so you are prepared. Tons of cooking pots/pans and even an air fryer which was nice. The floors were filthy so bring shoes to wear inside (we don’t do shoes in our house). We would stay here again!

Last minute getaway

This was the first time we stayed in Sandestin, many times to the destin/Miramar area. We loved the private beach, pool, and golf cart. The room was clean and had a good start up supplies of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and soaps. Beachside 1 is the way to go- private beach with less people than the other sandestin rentals! We did have to call for bedding for the pullout coach which took a day to get. We also had an issue with the washer, the spin cycle did not work. I filed the complaint Tuesday afternoon and it never got fixed( we left saturday). This was extremly frustrating as we packed in hopes of using the washer/dryer. We emailed and called numerous times. 1st visit the tech did not address the correct problem. Took another day for someone to come again and they ran tests and said they would have to send a repair person out. We told them the problem from day 2 of our stay and it never got addressed. Other than this issue our stay was great and I would recommend this rental.

Perfect couples get away

Great place -- perfect for 2 couples wanting king size beds and own bathrooms! The entire property is very well kept with a great pool area. Condo was clean and well furnished -- we really enjoyed our week long stay and will gladly go again!!

Great condo

Great condo and very clean. We had trouble finding the golf cart. We searched the parking lot, finally found them, then had to put the key in several before we found the right one. No one knew where it was located. We also had no idea we weren't allowed to cross the street on the golf cart until the guard in the guard shack told us it was a violation. No one gave us the memo about the tunnel.

Great location and loved the golf cart!

The property had a great view of the ocean and was very clean and nice. The second guest room was a little musty smelling and the couches and bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but overall we were happy. There were ample beach chairs and toys for my son (under 2) and kid plates, bowls which was great. We also loved the golf cart and were able to avoid renting a car altogether - you can get to the grocery store and restaurants with the golf cart no problem.

Amazing!

This condo is beautiful and so clean. The property is awesome and well kept up. The private beach was great too. We loved the pool area and adventuring around Sandestin Resort in our golf cart. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Beautiful property

This process was easy and the property could not have been nicer! We were switched at the last minute from original rental into this one on the 6th floor. No complaints about the actual environment. However- we were given NO information about the place except what we had been given for the first rental. Would’ve been nice to have an info sheet provided.

Nice place but should have told us about construction

We liked the unit, location, and golf cart but we should have been told that the pool was closed for construction and that the construction was happening while we were there. We were on the third floor overlooking the construction and it was very noisy all day and into the evening most nights. We could not sit on the balcony at all. We should have been told about this prior to our stay. We spent a lot of money on this and the property owner did not have the courtesy to at least inform us ahead of time. We are very disappointed. I sent this same message to the management company four days ago and I still have not received a response back. That pretty much sums up how much they care. On a positive note, we did enjoy the beach and Sandestin as a whole but I don’t think this management company is very concerned about their guests.

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

High class furnishings and the owners thought of everything when it comes to comfort! The only issue was WiFi in the unit. Could not use laptops and Apple TV, but other than that perfect!!

Amazing Beachfront Getaway

The condo was just as stated everything was great loved the decor and the view of the beach from balcony and being only some steps away from the beach. They was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back to this condo again. This was a must needed vacation could have been better if it wasn’t for covid but we all loved just getting out.
