Room was very clean and was set up well by not having a bunch of things that could break by small kids. I really liked the boardwalk and grill set up at the pool if grilling out is your thing. The pool has a nice area where really small kids can walk in and play since there isn't a "kitty pool" section. Was super nice to have the golf cart. You never have to get in your vehicle if you don't want to once you get there because all grocery shopping and restaurants are within golf cart distance. Host was very responsive and kind.

Perfect couples get away

Great place -- perfect for 2 couples wanting king size beds and own bathrooms! The entire property is very well kept with a great pool area. Condo was clean and well furnished -- we really enjoyed our week long stay and will gladly go again!!

The golf cart is an added bonus! We went all over Sandestin in the golf cart, enjoying the scenery. The new pool is also a must see, it is beautiful! Book this unit, you will not regr!et it, we are already looking for dates in the fall

Spring Break

Great unit with a nice balcony. Plenty of room for our family of four. We loved being in the beach having the golf cart to go over to the Village! There are absolutely no staple items - no salt/pepper, no coffee filters, not even one extra trash bag, etc. so you need to bring EVERYTHING. I understand those aren’t provided but I’ve never stayed in a rental where there aren’t some leftover items just so you are prepared. Tons of cooking pots/pans and even an air fryer which was nice. The floors were filthy so bring shoes to wear inside (we don’t do shoes in our house). We would stay here again!

We rented chairs an an umbrella for the week so we just had to walk down to our front row seats and enjoy! The beach ain’t a far walking distance from the condo! The pool was very nice also! Huge plus was the gold cart that came with the condo!!! We easily took the golf cart to every place we went without having the hassle of the main road tra. Management checked in with us every couple of days to be sure all was going well! Great job!!!

Beach front family vacation

The beach closet had everything you could possibly need from chairs and umbrellas, to floaties and sand toys. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. We loved having the golf cart, it made getting to Baytowne so easy. We love having everything that you could want on the resort from ships, to great restaurants, to entertainment. The only thing we felt that could use improvement was the cleanliness of the unit. The floors were dirty, my socks turned black just from walking in the bedroom putting my clothes away and the shower and toilet did not appear to have been cleaned well. Overall an enjoyable stay. We have used vacation haven previously and will continue to use them.

It was clean, beds were comfy and had a beautiful ocean view. The amenities of the building were nice - the heated pool and hot tub were a bit hit and just steps to the ocean. Security ensured that only residents and renters were at the pool. Very nice gym and grill set up. Closet of beach chairs and toys was helpful. We used the golf cart throughout our stay to get around the Sandestin property. Easy communication with the hosts. Cannot beat the crystal blue waters of the gulf and the white sand beaches. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo!

Great condo

Great condo and very clean. We had trouble finding the golf cart. We searched the parking lot, finally found them, then had to put the key in several before we found the right one. No one knew where it was located. We also had no idea we weren't allowed to cross the street on the golf cart until the guard in the guard shack told us it was a violation. No one gave us the memo about the tunnel.

Last minute getaway

This was the first time we stayed in Sandestin, many times to the destin/Miramar area. We loved the private beach, pool, and golf cart. The room was clean and had a good start up supplies of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and soaps. Beachside 1 is the way to go- private beach with less people than the other sandestin rentals! We did have to call for bedding for the pullout coach which took a day to get. We also had an issue with the washer, the spin cycle did not work. I filed the complaint Tuesday afternoon and it never got fixed( we left saturday). This was extremly frustrating as we packed in hopes of using the washer/dryer. We emailed and called numerous times. 1st visit the tech did not address the correct problem. Took another day for someone to come again and they ran tests and said they would have to send a repair person out. We told them the problem from day 2 of our stay and it never got addressed. Other than this issue our stay was great and I would recommend this rental.

Beautiful location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good: The view is gorgeous. We felt very safe. The condo was spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked. The shower has the best water pressure. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The not so good: The front door needs painted, it has several spots that had no paint at all. The first bedroom needs a new mattress cover, it has pilled and it feels like you are sleeping on sand. The pull out mattress could use an extra cushion. The bad: Finding the golf cart. It took 4 phone calls and still wasn’t sure which was the correct one. Was told 3 different locations and directions for finding the correct golf cart. All in all I just had to go golf cart to golf cart to see off the key worked. The final phone call I was asked to go online and look at the picture to see if I could identify the cart. They all have a parking permit on the windshield. Would be very helpful if they kept those numbers on file and you could identify. Also several others have the condo number on the side. Would also be helpful. The identification given was that it would be the longest one because it was a 6 seater. Out of all of them there were 7 six seaters. It was not parked where described. The other identification was roll down windows. It did not have this either.
