Location, Location Location! Amazing First Floor condo right across the street from the beach. You have a private gated entrance to the beach just for Ciboney Condos. Pet Friendly as well. Short distance to Pet Walk area. Restaurants, Ice Cream ,Shopping within Walking Distance. Plenty of Room with Spacious Bedrooms. Comfortable Mattresses. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Enjoyed our stay. Have stayed at this complex before, but first time at this particular condo. Great location and easy walk to the beach, private access. Plenty of parking and we enjoyed the extra space with this unit.

Miramar Beach family trip

Great location, nice condo. Bunkbed room was very small but served our needs. Pet area could be bigger. Had a few issues but the maintenance was there within 2 hours. I would definitely recommend & stay again!

Love this location! Never disappoints

Excellent location! We’ve stayed at Ciboney many times over the last 10 years and love it! This unit was one of our favorites. Property management was wonderful with a small issue and provided amazing customer service! Highly recommend for a wonderful beach vacation!

Great week at the beach

My family and I had a great week at the beach. The condo meet our needs and was clean. The room with bunk beds is very small but we made it work. Other than the garbage disposal and ice maker not working we had no issues. It’s a great spot- close to the beach! We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts as well.

We stayed at this property last year as well. This year there was peeling paint on the closets, peeling paint on cabinets in the bathrooms, a knob missing on the guest bathroom cabinets. We had some other issues but the guest services manager, Kim, was most excellent in addressing them. For a price of $3652, we expected a much better we’ll kept up unit.

perfect!

we had a lovely stay at this property! everything was clean, the patio was lovely, and the walk to the beach was quick. communication with the hosts leading up to our trip was prompt and kind. be sure to come prepared with cooking oils and spices if you plan to cook as well as tin foil, zip lock bags, tupperware, etc. as this property isn’t fully equipped. other than that, we could not be happier with our stay!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in Miramar Beach. The only thing we were disappointed about was the cleanliness of the floor. The floor was dirty and sandy on the day we arrived. Some throw rugs would have been nice on the sides of the beds and in the bathrooms. Also, the freezer and refrigerator door did not close properly and the freezer was thawed when we were putting our food away. Other than that nice location and was quiet and relaxing.

Perfect spring break

It was a great time. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, and the beach was gorgeous. We would highly recommend. My only complaint is that my two adult sons did not fit in the bunk room as expected, it was more like the size of a closet. No dresser, no closet and no fan.

Place and location was great. I wasn’t happy about the cleanliness when we arrived. Laundry room did have a smell to it and the vents need to be cleaned. Front king bedroom needs better curtains because that light outside was pretty bright. Other than that great place.

Our chilly spring break

The size of the unit was great! Price was wonderful! Location to the ocean being just a few steps away was my favorite by far!!! I would totally go back to this place and stay again. So nice to be able to cook and do all laundry while you are there and still walk on beach each and every morning and evening! If weather would have been warm it would have been perfect but that’s not your fault! Stuff below is more for the owner: Unit needs to have a broom or vacuum so you can clean up after yourself. Need to make sure they mop out unit with SOAP and water as I mopped with the mop when we got here and floors were BLACK. Gross but I am a professional cleaner back home and I know clean floors. Also you need to give the right code for ocean and pools the first time cause it was very confusing to figure out what our code was beings there are 2. Curtains all need to be shortened as they are drag the ground getting dirty. Also my husband is a plumber and he fixed the kitchen faucet the aerator for better flow in the kitchen! They need to clean and mop under the couches in living area. The place “looks really clean” but if you don’t mop with soap and water (not that swifter mop crap) you are not getting floor clean only moving dirt around.

Large(r) family can't wait to go back!

Husband and I and our 5 kids are 7 and under really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space to accommodate us. Condo is decorated so well. Everything was clean to our standards. Easy walk to several stores and restraunts. Super easy access to beach. The yard area was PERFECT. We played and had picnics and my kids befriended other kids. My only suggestions to condo owner: More eating utensils. We had to go buy more forks and spoons. More bowls (cereal type). We ate salad out of margarita glasses because there weren't enough bowls. Flat spatulas please. Nothing to flip pancakes or get food off of pans. Inside rug at the back door. We tracked in a lot of dirt from the yard and my kids feet were black. Oven mitts please. I used a bath towel to get food out of the oven. We LOVED our stay and dreaded leaving. We will definitely be back. Our first time to Miramar and its now our favorite!

Very nice updated property. It is newly remodeled. Brand new appliances. Waking distance to beach.

We had a great time staying at this property. Walking distance to beach and small shops and restaurants. Managements was quick to respond and solve problems. I will definitely stay again.
