The furniture in the condo is very old, functional but definitely has cosmetic issues from dogs chewing. Mold on almost every vent in the ceiling. I messaged the host about mold in the refrigerator water dispenser, they were willing to come and clean it but we were at the beach for the day. Patio furniture is not functional at all so don’t plan on sitting outside and 5/6 chairs were broken and rusty. We did have enough supplies for 3 days but anymore than that you’ll need to pack more. The best thing about this condo is the location.

We will definitely be staying here again. It is hard for me to find a place that is convenient, accessible and close to everything with great view. We have an 11 year old daughter with Cerebral Palsy who is full care and unable to walk or sit unassisted. This place was everything I needed to ensure my daughter would have a good vacation. It was warm and welcoming when we walked it, the view of the beach was perfect, check in and out was so simple and communication with property was excellent. I do wish there was more ramp access to the beach in that area but that has nothing to do with the property. We did find a way down with no stairs near the restaurant so that made it better the rest of the time at the beach. All in all I am thankful for this beautiful condo. The fact that our service fur baby was able to be with us was even better.

Wonderful stay! The condo was so clean and we had everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable also. Plus the Gulf/beach view was amazing! So wonderful to just step out on the balcony and see the Gulf whenever we wanted. Super convenient to the beach as it was only steps away right across the street with private access gate to access beach. We hope to stay here again! Our pup enjoyed the view also!

When you are there... you're there!

Great views of the ocean from the balcony! Also, once you are there, everything that you might need for a weeks stay is within walking distance (restaurants, convenience store, coffee shops, gift shops). There's a lot of additional stuff within a short drive, but if you don't want to drive anywhere, you really don't have to.

Cleanliness and a PERFECT view!

We have been going to Miramar Beach every February for the past 15 years This unit was exactly what we wanted! It needs to be updated, however, the cleanliness may have been the best we have experienced in 15 years! The cleaning staff definitely needs a raise!

Great condo steps away from the beach with a great view!

What a wonderful experience it was to open the door of the condo and find soft welcoming music playing, a couple of little lights on, and fans on! It felt very fancy! Everything was as described. Very nice and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. Just steps away from Pompano Joe’s and Alvin’s Island. The only thing that was missing was included beach service. That would’ve made everything even better. We enjoyed our stay even though it was cut short due to Hurricane Helene!

Condo was as advertised

Clean, comfortable condo with good space. Great location. Beach right across street. Great beach view from balcony. Check-in process was extremely easy. Love that there is no key. Had a keypad entrance. Super convenient. Nice pool. Enjoyed the fenced-in area for our pup. Lots of parking available. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was in a great location, has a wonderful view and is in walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. The condo is outdated, but overall clean. The balcony furniture was dirty and had sand swept in the corner.

40 year anniversary trip

The property we stayed at was not the property we originally booked. That property was under construction and we were relocated to this property. This was a good place to stay and I have no complaints. I just wished I would have been informed prior to my trip. This was our 40 year anniversary vacation. All things considered we enjoyed our trip and look forward to coming back soon!!!

We will be back

We loved it and will definitely be back. We enjoyed the view from the balcony, Pompano Joe's just steps from the condo, the kitchen had all we needed, ice cream and coffee next door, and much more.

Great Location! Very nice condo!

Great experience with family. Had to put our car in the shop for a few days but we were still able to walk to nearby restaurants. Great view of beach. We did have a couple of minor maintenance issues but Dave came out right away to fix. He is a great guy. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back.

Family Beach Trip
