Room was nice. Would have been nice to have some salt/pepper. There was some dirty laundry stuffed between headboard and wall from previous guests (who knows how long it had been there) the air conditioner also was not keeping the place cool. I didn’t bother complaining as I know they typically keep them set at a temperature that they believe is comfortable. The back bedroom would get fairly warm at night. Overall nice place to stay with easy access to beach.

Condo was perfect

Gorgeous view's, very comfortable inside, clean and everything you need is in the condo. We loved it. Will definitely be back to the same condo. Only thing i would add is a ceiling fans in the bedrooms but that wasnt a big deal.

Great condo!

Loved the blinds! It’s great to look out and see the ocean but you need blinds sometimes. Our last place didn’t have any and it stunk. This was a very nice, clean place with all the dishes you would need and comfy beds/couches. We could log onto our own apps on the Roku but it also had lots of channels too. Tv remote in bedroom was kind of hard to work but I made my husband use that one. lol. Loved the showers and especially having a washer and dryer! Also loved having access to the on-site restaurant and beach bar. I thought it was easier to cross the street than use the walkway but that’s personal preference. The beaches are close to public access so pretty crowded but we didn’t mind. Street traffic is very constant and a lot of honking and some yelling in the evening. But it died down eventually. Also, no fault of the condo owners, but there’s only 2 elevators for 16 floors so you do have to be very patient, sometimes it took quite a while. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. It was a great condo and very close to the beach with all the amenities we wanted.

Beautiful View

This unit had a great view of the beach and beautiful blue water. It was clean, cozy and perfect for my family of 3. The property management company, Glass Casa, was very responsive to questions and concerns. We would book this unit again.

Surfside condo

Surfside has a lot of really nice condos and is in a great location. The unit we stayed in this time , 903, could use some updating and cosmetic work. I would toss the VCR player. View is great, above the power lines, but I will get a different unit next year.

Property Damaged when we arrived

The property was not advertised correctly and the door to the balcony had a broken handle in which case fell completely off while we were staying there. The room also stated it slept 6 people in which it did but was very uncomfortable. The condo should be advertised as sleeping only 4 as there are only 2 beds in the condo.

Nice, but the sound carries

Overall we had a good stay. There were a few bumps in the check-in process, as we had not been registered as guests. I had to call the property management twice to alert them we were waiting in the lobby and could not check-in. The unit we stayed in was as described, but noise carries from room to room easily even with the doors closed. The balcony overlooks the pool, and the sound carries here as well. We could clearly hear conversations, shouting, music, or really anything else happening at the pool in our unit with the doors shut. This became problematic at night when some of us were trying to sleep, and quiet hours were not enforced.

our stay was overall great my only complaint is that the front office didnt know who we were or that we even were staying there. after calling glass casa we realized we didnt need them at all. but got gate codes from other tenants and parking passes (just a piece of paper saying what room we were in)

Perfect location

This was a great place to stay! Check in was easy, owner was just a Phone call away if we needed her . Location was awesome . Didn’t even have to cross the road (with kids) to get to the beach, the bridge was a safe way to get across . We would definitely stay her again.

Surfside condo is a home run

The condo was exactly as advertised. Choose a 2 bedroom and we’re glad we did. It provided the opportunity to spread out. This unit had everything you would need to meet everyday needs. Modern appliances, tastefully furnished and decorated along with comfy beds. The condo size washer/dryer was really handy after being on the beach all day and after our charter fishing trip. The on-site restaurant, pool, spa, fitness center and bridge walkway to the beach across the street were great. A great location and property that is worth leasing. We’ll be back!

The property management co is ruining this experience and lack of care is deteriorating the property

I wish there was more space to write.Cyclical poor housekeeping/management will ruin a business & it’s what’s happening in both this condo &hotel property.Owner standards are unacceptable.After driving 13 long hrs to property,(&paying absorbent cleaning fees)we dishearteningly arrived to an extremely apparent filthy room.(It’s also during Covid)I have pictures of the following.Carpets not vacuumed,unswept floors/crumbs on counters,pillows sunk in/flat/& left like just sat on,fingerprints on every glass surface in condo,sticky substances on counter/nightstand glass,mirrors with streaks/fingerprints,hairs in bathroom counters/drawers,leaf/trash in shower drain,Mountain Dew cans in trash can,stains on linens,patio had cigarette marks where someone put them out everywhere,a bucket of dark water with cigarette butts/trash in it,sticky substance on patio tables,rusted broken beach chairs,floorboards that were dusty,unusable vacuum that did not start,dusty furniture/bed frames.Overall, gross.Immediately called management co & was told a “room inspector” was in area & will take care of it right away.This was before 6pm.We just want to unpack/eat/relax/check out the beach after the long drive.Unable to do so since we had to wait for “inspector.”After waiting on patio for an hour,my daughter & I went to get dinner because everything closes at 7.The ‘inspector’ finally came while we were gone.She came in & did not inspect anything but asked what we wanted done.Husband asked if she could leave cleaning supplies & we clean it ourselves but said she was unable to.In 20 mins total my husband cleaned the patio doors while she vacuumed/briefly steamed the tile floor/fluffed pillows/took the bucket/broken beach chairs/cleaned food/prints/ring marks off of the glass on the coffee table.I cleaned the rest.A sign states that guests are provided 6 bracelets to wear on the property,& will be charged $20 each if lost.Only 2 provided,& 1 was from some other hotel.The inspector took unusable bracelet & said to ask front desk for a temporary 1 & she will bring more the next day,& ‘a beach bag of things.’ The inspector never come back.Front desk told me to relay a ridiculous message to owner about bracelet info.Owner must be unaware(or doesn’t care)of poor management service they(& we) pay for.Entire property is run down/neglected/mismanaged.Despite nice side view of ocean/amenities, we will not recommend/stay here again.We took note of other properties in area for future.
