Excessive security codes some of which didnt work. At one point, I was locked out four times. Charged 190 for transportation we did not use. Music from next door property was loud and disruptive. There was no one on site to help us with any problems.The condo itself was very nice and comfortable, but we would not stay in this location again!

Overall the condo is great. The only complaint we have was the mattress in the master bedroom. It is so worn out and unsupportive that it is like sleeping in a hammock and we are just average size people with my wife weighing about 135 pounds and myself at about 180 pounds. We really weren’t able to get a good nights sleep any of the nights that we stayed there because it was so uncomfortable, which is disappointing for the amount of money that we paid for the room. It was bad enough that we would not stay there again, when you’re on vacation at the beach the last thing you want is to not be able to get a good nights sleep. Hopefully the owners will spend the money and update the mattress because it really was awful.

This property is stunning! The views are perfect! It’s super clean, close to everything but far enough to not be crowded. This is by far the best place we have stayed at. I would 10/10 recommend this property!

Great views

Great location and awesome views of beach. Overall condo was nice other than a few upgrades that need to be addressed in the future in one bathroom toilet paper holder needs fixed. Mold in washing machine. Carpet had some stains Also for those who come here a cook in kitchen there are no potholders so we had to use towel to get things out of oven. Only a small pitcher to make tea in. These are things that will not keep me from booking here again just some upgrades. Beds are very comfortable also.

Best view and property setup on the gulf coast

The pictures are accurate. What you don’t see is the ease of parking. The ease of access to the whole property and amenities. Location to everything you want to do in the area. Property is well d positioned to help you maximize your stay.

Beautiful view with a few opportunities to improve

The condo is great as far as location and view are concerned. I would recommend bringing coffee filters for the coffee pot and laundry soap. The condo did smell musty/moldy and the toilets were full of mold so if you have mold allergies be mindful. The biggest issue for us was that the washing machine was very moldy throughout the machine and seals so washing our clothes didn’t exactly make them feel clean. Other than those things, not a bad spot.

Oh no! Water’s out.

Lovely property but the water was out from Saturday afternoon until Sunday morning when we happened to spot a maintenance guy on the pool deck below. We had attempted to call for help for hours to no avail. Once the water was back on, we were comfortable again.

Best 3 bedroom condo!

I had an easy time in renting the condo. It was a great condo for our family. We have two teenagers along with four adults. The condo is well laid out. Everyone had a view of the ocean from their bedroom. We will definitely go back to this condo.

Great property. Awesome views of ocean from the 11th floor. Some minor maintenance issues that mgmt is aware. Would like to see more beach chairs in the unit. Only two chairs in the unit and one was not useable after a few days. The grounds around the property were nice and clean. The food and drink at the pool bar and grill was very good!! The beach area was large and perfect with white soft sand and blue water.

Beautiful Beach Location

Enjoyed our week at this 3 bedroom/3 bath property right on the beach with a great pool arrangement for kids. The condo was comfortable and extremely well located. We would absolutely stay there again!

I love the Westwinds. I have stayed on this property several times. This particular place was very nice, but could use some updating. The guestroom carpet needs to be replaced. One of the faucets had a leak that would trigger the company to turn the water off. We had to call them several times to get the water turned on. Overall a great stay with a GREAT view. Nothing major that would keep me from coming back!

Great location with beautiful view from every window

The location is perfect with gorgeous pool and beach settings. Every window has a spectacular view and the wrap around balcony made the view of the sunset wonderful. Also close to several restaurants and shopping. If you plan to prepare meals during your stay I would recommend bringing measuring spoon/cups and baking pans/sheet as the kitchen has basic utensils and cookware.

PERFECT GETAWAY!

We recently stayed at this condo and absolutely loved it! We had my husband and I, our three kids (4,9,11) and our two parents. We all had the space we needed and really enjoyed the views from each room. The balcony was very roomy for all of us and the view was beyond amazing. The pool area was the reason we booked this room, the pool is large enough to not be on top of everyone else (a lot of other places we looked at, the pools were tiny!) The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were so soft! Everything was super clean and well kept. We will definitely be back next year to stay at the same place. Beautiful Location! Highly Recommend! ** Not a complaint, because we made it work and pulled up something to sit on during dinner. - One thing I would recommend is maybe some barstools at the counter for more seating and two more chairs at the table as there were only 6 seats and there were 7 of us. *

Beautiful property, terrible service

My family and I loved the Sand Destin property, location and beach. But unfortunately I only can give 3 stars because of the horrible service from Vacation Haven and the cleanliness of the condo. We were asked to check in late to allow more time for cleaning (2 hours, 6pm) so thought the place would be very clean. Dishes were still in washer, coffee in coffee pot, microwave looked like something exploded, hair in the bathrooms. There was also no information about the property or amenities upon arrival. On our last day I requested late checkout to make out for lost time on the front end and cleaners were knocking at 8am and calling by 10am for us to leave. Spoke to manager and worker but calls never returned. We would stay at Sand Destin again but never through that management company

Excellent Location on Beach

The location was great! The unit was well maintained and clean. (Only negative was a few chairs on balcony were broken and thus limited the seating) Otherwise would rent this place again! Thanks for sharing your home.

Great location!

The condo was just as pictured in the online listing and was clean with nice decor. We loved the location! Our only concern when choosing this unit was the small living area with limited seating for the 6 of us, but we brought a chair from one of the bedrooms to supplement and it worked fine. The kitchen is very nice and had most of what we needed, but could have used a few more basics like a large cook pot and hot pads. Renting the unit was a breeze and communication with management was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider visiting again!

Lovely condo

This was a last minute trip and we were so happy that we were able to find such a beautiful condo in a great neighborhood. There was plenty of room for everyone, it was quiet and just a few steps to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
