Beautiful Condo!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Beautiful view, lovely pool and comfortable beds. The master shower was amazing and the kids loved having their own area away from our bedroom. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, pots and pans. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Lovely location with perfect views

Celebrating Mother’s Day at this property was perfect. Beach access, pool, views, amenities all were above and beyond. When we reached out with questions our calls were immediately answered. Will certainly add this to our list of go to properties. Thank you for making our trip a success.

The unit was great. Very spacious. The pool was a bit too crowded for us and not enough umbrellas. We did see one cockroach, but just one. Overall, very pleased.

September getaway

Great location for beach access and restaurants. The ice maker was not working, but the manager notified us before arrival and provided two bags of ice. Discovered the dryer not working, but it was repaired the next morning. Great management! Westwinds I facility is well maintained.

Great stay!

Great experience with beautiful views! Communication with the management company was really good. One note - there are sensors that will automatically turn off the water if moisture is detected. We called and had it turned back on within a few minutes but good to know in case it’s needed. Thanks for lots of fun memories!

Plenty of space and the views were incredible from the 14th floor. And we also enjoyed the high top table on the balcony which provided unobstructed views. Everything was clean and updated. And management kept in touch to make sure our stay was going well. We have been staying at Westwinds for a few years now and would highly recommend this location.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We loved the beach access and pool access all in one place! The condo was absolutely beautiful - ample closet space. Large stocked kitchen! AC definitely works great on those hot days! Loved that it was at the end of the hall, very minimal traffic noise at all! 4 Elevators, never had a long wait. Everyone we came across were friendly and sweet. Don’t eat at the food court by the pool however! 4 meals and 2 adult beverages was $92 before tip - order in delivery for much cheaper!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my husband's and I first trip to the beach with our daughter. We always like staying on part of the san destin resort and this rental did not disappoint. It was on the 14th floor which I loved because you are away from alot of the noise downstairs. Very clean and comfy to take afternoon naps after playing on the beach. The only 2 things that were a little off were the way the air conditioner works(very cold on one end of the condo and hot in the master bedroom master by the deck) and the bed in the master was super soft so you should check what people prefer before picking rooms.

Had to do a certain setting on dryer to completely dry load so that may need to be replaced shortly! Owners answered questions in a timely manner. Resort and room very clean even for our crawling baby. The village at Baytowne is a must and so convenient with the tram. Wish the room came with a reservation for an umbrella and a pair of chairs (have rented elsewhere that includes this and it’s so nice). Spent a lot of time at the pool with our kids, nice tiki bar $16 for a drink but it’s expected for location. Beautiful views from the 14th floor!

Fall Break 2022

We really loved staying in the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort area because it is close to everything but is less crowded and busy comparing to some other stretch of 98. The properties at SGBR are very well cared for. Our condo is also right on the beach, which offers a lovely ocean view and easy access to the pool and not so crowded beach area. The unit is perfect for a large family or two families of friends. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well designed. I'd definitely stay here again. With that said, I have a few recommendations: 1) the beds should be checked to ensure they are replaced or updated, especially the one in the bedroom upfront. It squeaked terribly loudly (although the mattresses are comfortable). :) 2) The dishes and cups are really scuffed up and should be replaced. 3) The knives holder is super unique / smartly designed, but the knives are really dull and could use a new set or need sharpening. :) 4) Finally, the dining room table is very lovely, but the weaved chairs are quite worn and starting to come apart / have holes. We had a little issue with the air conditioning...However, the property management team was super communicative and helpful. I definitely compliment them on their customer service. :)

Short getaway- 4 nights at this property. Great amenities, great views and great location to ever

Property was first class; only thing that we saw it needed was a new mattress for the Master. We will be back.
