Host was great to work with. The bldg was having trouble with their HVAC system the day I arrived and he let me know the situation and when it was expected to be fixed. I appreciate that he gave me regular updates and was clearly also working with the service people to make sure it was resolved as soon as possible. The situation was not one he was in control of but he took responsibility for pushing for a quick solution. And fortunately the weather was very mild.

We had a great stay. Information regarding entering the gate, parking, and accessing the room was given in a timely fashion. This was a great location and convenient to restaurants, shopping, and fireworks.

Nice pool but it could’ve been cleaner. Our room air conditioner did not keep the room at a steady comfort level. The sofa was very worn and as a result not very comfortable. I couldn’t find a liquid measuring cup in the kitchen. Adequate fitness center, but need a bigger tv. Really liked that the room had 2 full baths and a king size bed. Great view of the pool and the bay from the balcony. Great walking paths and other pools on property to enjoy. We had a very nice week here.

I booked this property for my parents. They had no complaints. They loved everything about the property, especially the cleanliness. It was a great location and plenty to do within walking distance. Honeymoon

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The condo was exactly as listed, and it was exceptionally clean. Everything was great inside the condo, worked properly and decor was beautiful. Mr. Russell was wonderful at giving us recommendations for restaurants and activities at the resort and surrounding areas. He was also very responsive and communicated with us throughout the trip answering any questions we had. We will definitely be back and would recommend this property to anyone.

Spring mini vacation

The condominium was beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool. We love Destin and have been there many times. The owner had a lot of helpful information about the area, including restaurants and things to do and see.

Wonderful Stay!

The Grand Sandestin is a beautiful place to stay with gorgeous views of the bay. Has a walking path that connects to Baytown Wharf with many restaurants and cute shops. The entire Sandestin area is beautiful. Condo was clean, updated, and everything we were looking for. Just a few minutes drive to beaches. We would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice condo in Sandestin. It's a perfect location and the layout and furnishings were just right for us. Very convenient to the shops and restaurants at the Baytowne Wharf Village.

Anniversary trip

We loved the Baytown condominium! The view is spectacular and unmatched sunsets and sunrises right from the balcony. We went during December so there were no crowds and everything was so amazingly quiet! Graham was an excellent host and he was quick to respond to any questions. No problems with check in at all! We will definitely be back!

Another Stay In Paradise

This is my 4th stay at the Grand SanDestin Resort and my 2nd stay this year in this particular condo. First and foremost, the host, Graham, is the BEST! He sends all condo particulars in advance of your stay. He provides area and restaurant information, including his favorites. He quickly responds to questions and requests. The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. I have found it to be stocked well with essentials that will keep you from having to go to the store upon arrival, allowing more time to enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony! Each stay, my goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset of each day. Perfect spot for relaxing. I will be returning.
