    The Space:

    Charming yet contemporary with a beautiful view of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at Leeward Key will place you right across the road from the white sands of Miramar Beach. Here on the third floor of the building, you'll be able to savor your morning coffee outside on the private balcony or kick back with appetizers and cocktails as the sun begins to set over the water. Begin each day with a quick stroll to the beach, and spend your afternoons swimming in the community's outdoor pool and enjoying all the comforts of home, including tile floors throughout the condo, a beautifully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a pair of recliners in the living room, and plentiful options for entertainment such as three TVs, a DVD player, a CD stereo system, and free WiFi. At night, you'll have your choice of two comfortable bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and one with a twin bed and a set of twin bunks - and a full-size sofabed in the living room.



    What's nearby:

    This third-floor condo sits just across Scenic Gulf Drive from an access point to the beach, allowing you to spend your days sunbathing, surfing, kayaking, swimming, and collecting seashells on the white sand. A number of restaurants and beach bars await on Scenic Gulf Drive, with even more options for dining, entertainment, and grocery shopping available a few blocks north on Highway 98. Destin Commons is less than three miles northwest, beautiful Henderson Beach State Park is just over three miles west, and Destin Harbor Boardwalk awaits seven miles west. Tee off at the Emerald Bay Golf Club one mile north, or spend a fun-filled day at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park only five miles west.

Beautiful condo and so convenient to everything. The condo was very clean and everyone was so friendly. Definitely hope to stay here again … soon.

Great stay!

Loved the location, clean rooms, and accessibility to the property owners. They reached out a couple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Perfect location

Our family of 5 vacations in Destin every year. This is our 14th trip and I think we found our new favorite condo! It included all the necessities and more, very spacious, right across from the elevator and a super short walk to the beach. We loved it and will book again in the future.

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay in 304! It was clean and very pretty. Only negative is that it was right across from the elevator which was loud at some points.

Family Vacation

Our second time at this building, first in this particular unit. Location of the building is perfect. Would like the unit to have more amenities for families, maybe a few board games, cards etc. Keurig would be nice, and definitely more bedding and pillows.

Average Condo

Beautiful view, close proximity to beach. Curtains removed, blood on sheets, box fan didn’t work and toilets in both bathrooms kept running. Management eventually did take care of most of it.

Just perfect!

This condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean and well maintained. On the 3 floor, very convenient if you don’t want to take the elevators, it was just 2 flights up or down. Has beautiful beach view and just had to cross a small friendly street to get to the beach. Private beach access gates with a swimming pool on deck. This condo offered free movies rentals, bike rentals, a nice gym, and walking distance to restaurants. We absolutely enjoyed staying here at Leeward Keys Condo #304!! We would recommend it to anyone and would stay again!

Better than the pictures!

The pictures don’t do this property justice. The condo seems much bigger than the pics make it out to be. Beds were comfortable, furnishings were up to date, bathrooms stocked with towels, etc. I could go on and on. The condo also had a perfect view of the ocean. :) We tend to stay at a different condo each summer- because we just haven’t found the perfect one… well, I think we found it!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Needs a makeover!

Have stayed at Leeward Key 2 other times and was very happy with the condo each time. This condo (although a bit cheaper than most others in the building) needs an extreme makeover. Mostly cosmetic and minor repairs but also just sone general updating. The paint was peeling off the cabinets in the kitchen, there were handles broken off of the dressers in both bedrooms, towel racks in the bathroom that had fall and not been replaced and the handle was broken off of the microwave. I love the location and the facility but will choose a different condo next time.

Toiletries pack extra

We enjoyed the stay, but did not understand why we could not get replenishment on towels and toilet paper. We had to make a store run just to have toilet paper. The property manager would not respond to messages and the down stairs staff would not supply it either.

Nice stay!

Very nice property. Very clean. Beautiful view. Walking distance to several restaurants. I was just disappointed that I wasn’t given details about the property. Like… you need red bands to access the pool and the beach and where they are located in the condo. I was not given a parking pass upon arrival. The pass wasn’t in the condo. I called and they said a maintenance person would deliver it. Never received one. Went to the office downstairs. I was told one would be left on the door. Never delivered. I had two towing stickers on my vehicle. The last day, I was finally given a parking pass at the office. Just frustrating. We did enjoy our stay. Very relaxing but please make the bands more accessible along with the parking pass. Also, the water in the bathtubs are either very hot or cold, there is no in between. Cannot adjust the water. Thanks!
