Quick beach trip

We had a quick 3 night stay with our college aged children. Property was a good size for our family; bedrooms were comfortable; availability of the golf cart was a plus.

Graduation trip

We had an amazing time during our stay! The home was in a perfect location in a beautiful resort. It was perfect for our family. This home was very clean and comfy and The third bathroom was definitely needed. My family loved having the golf cart to run back-and-forth to the beach.

Great stay

The property was very clean. Management was great and let us know we could come in early. They also kept us aware of the weekend events. We loved it!

The gold cart wasn’t the best, but it got us from place to place and when we have a problem with it, the management company was quick to help.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo in general is extremely dated. It’s a ground level unit which we knew up front. The furniture is extremely worn, sunken in, and uncomfortable. It has an older 4 seater golf cart. The kitchen literally did not have salt and pepper so bring everything you can think of. This rental did not provide a lot of value. There are many other condos in this development that are updated with nice furnishings you can rent for a similar rate. Would not stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and this rental home was beautiful!! It was very clean and everything was as described. The only thing I was unsatisfied with is that I was not given all of the information I would need prior to arrival. I was not given the garage code or the pool code. I had to take time to call and find out but they answered quickly and were very friendly and helpful. Also, the unit had a total of 3 bath rags and there were 6 of us but the property would actually sleep 9 so at least 9 should have been in there. I told the man that came and was letting me know the oven would actually not be installed during our stay because of an unforeseen problem and he said he would have someone bring some more but they never showed up. Other than this, everything was really nice. We normally stay at Beachside 2 but branched out this year. We enjoyed having a golf cart too! It was fun and we will be back.

The condo was very nice, although the chair needs to be replaced, and one of the light switches was broken. These were minor things and as rental owners ourselves, we understand the wear and tear. We loved the location and tranquility. I would absolutely rent this unit again

She ALWAYS makes the "behind the scenes" paperwork so easy and quick! We had two maintenance calls during our 34 day stay and someone was over to check things out, within a half of hour. ALWAYS there to help! OUR FAVORITE part is the outside covered porch, on a sunny morning, watching golfers and enjoying our breakfast! Several pieces of the furniture are quite worn, but that wouldnt stop us from coming back in 2025! It's like our second home!

Overall review

Overall platinum services did an outstanding job of customer service. While we had two minor issues one with the cable and one with the air conditioner they were very quick to resolve the issues and stayed engaged until they were resolved. However we did have some problems with the owners that were on the properties We stayed at Sandestin Beach and tennis resort in the Pine Ridge neighborhood. I found the owners of other units to be very crabby and intrusive. They would walk around the pool area four or five times a day and correct anything they thought was wrong. After talking to Sandestin management they eventually told us just to ignore them. This is by no means a reflection of the VRBO or platinum services they both did an outstanding job. We will definitely use them again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo spacious and open. Eventhough it is a terrace level unit, it gets a TON of natural light. We loved having morning coffee on the veranda while watching the golfers tee. The golf cart was great to get to the beach and wharf. We would definitely book again.
