The unit was in excellent condition, communication with the host was outstanding and the golf cart was an added bonus as we used it every day. We had no issues during our stay.

Perfect beach view. Clean condo. Could use a few more coffee cups and maybe a smaller baking pan. Found broken beach chairs but they were replaced ASAP after notifying company. Umbrella in working order. Also mentioned slow draining bathroom sink - no one addressed this issue. Golf cart worked well. Enjoyed pickle ball and putt putt in the evening.

This was a super disappointing stay. We stay in Florida 3-4 times per year and this has been the worst experience we have ever had. The communication was very poor- I had to keep reaching out and calling to get information on our room. No welcome package giving us details. Our golf cart was out of service and they told me they would submit a compensation request (this was the only reason we booked the room) and we would receive compensation. They also kept telling me they would call the mechanic servicing to get an update and every time I called they never had reached out. The room was decently clean but furniture was not. I could have booked a room that was substantially cheaper and more accommodating.

Excellent Location, Gorgeous View, Clean Property!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean. Convenient to elevators. AC worked very well. Beds were comfortable. Box fan in the master did the job! We did not use the beach items, but there were chairs and toys available. We found no negatives to interfere with our trip. The golf cart is older, but it is quite zippy at 25 mph! Got is where we wanted with no problems.

Great spot in Miramar Beach!

Because it was my first time using VRBO I wasn't prepared for the check in process (my issue), but the management company was immediately available and extremely helpful. As others have noted, the building is undergoing quite a bit of repair, but this condo is spectacularly maintained, well-appointed and quite comfortable. In addition, the 15th floor views are stunning and the access to the pool was perfect. The only negative was the condition of the 4-seat forward facing golf cart - it has manual steering and was difficult to handle, and the speeds never got over 14mph. An improvement to this feature would be most welcome.

Perfect Location

Absolutely wonderful condo and location. We’ve been going to SanDestin for 15 years and we’ve always stayed at the Hilton but this year we decided to try a condo. We are so glad we did!!! Our reservation was for Beachside but due to construction we were relocated to Westwinds which was a lucky break on our part. We walk every where so being at Westwinds put us a short walk to the Hilton for dining and dining at the SanDestin Commons. Our condo had a fabulous ocean front view and all the amenities one could ask for. We will definitely be coming back.

Nice getaway

The location of the property could not be beat and we loved having the golf cart to cruise around in. The property itself was ok. It definitely could use some maintenance as the sinks did not drain and some outlets did not work including the one in master bathroom. The master bedroom mattress was extremely firm. My biggest complaint would probably be all of the sand that was in the rugs. I know that when you stay at a beach property sand if just a given, but it was apparent that the rugs never get vacuumed. You could not stand on them without sand sticking to your feet, which made it hard to relax once you showered from the beach. The property did come with a great stocked beach closet with umbrellas, chairs, floats, and beach toys, which we were really appreciative of.

Great Family Vacation

This was a great spot for our family of 5- ages 4,6, and 10. We absolutely loved having the golf cart to ride around to the Baytown Warf for dinner and fun activities in the evening after being at the beach all day. It made the vacation! The pool was great! Easy access to the beach and they had a closet full of beach chairs and toys for us to use! We will definitely be back. One of our favorite places to stay in this area. Thank you!

Absolutely Charming Condo

We've stayed at several condos along the beach over the years but this one was by far the most luxurious. Condo was very clean and came with everything we needed for our trip. The golf cart was an added bonus and we loved having it for our day trips around the property. Communication with the property owners was incredible, they were very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back here to stay from now on!

Fun Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay and this condo was perfect for our family. We love the ease of beach access, cleanliness, security, always available parking, and my kids loved the beach, pool and riding in the golf cart across the road to Baytowne Wharf. My only complaint were that several outlets in the condo were loose (which I probably wouldn’t have noticed but my husband is an electrician) and I had to be mindful to not wrap my hand around the microwave and touch the back right side while putting in the time/using it because it shocked me several times. It was a wonderful week and we would stay again!

Great location

We loved the condo and the convenience of the golf cart. Our time on the beach was great. Unfortunately the washing machine was really gross and had not been cleaned in some time. I messaged the property manager and never received a response. We were unable to get any channels on the TV. Other than these things it was great.

GREAT VACATION WEEK

Lovely condo, loved the golf cart and being right on the beach. Don't think we can go back w/o those two things. Super crowded beach (not owners fault) but went early and then came back in the evening to get some better "space" to ourselves. Couple items: no cover for the golf cart upon arrival and we noticed a small leak under the kitchen sink when we left, Wanted to be sure you saw the leak before it gets worse Thanks again!

Honestly the only place we will stay from now on when going to Destin! The condo was stunning, the view of the ocean was amazing, the condo had everything we needed plus more. Having the golf cart was a huge plus as well.
