Beautiful Condo. Great Location. Golf Cart is a Plus!

We found this condo a perfect fit as my husband & I enjoyed a trip with our daughter and son-in-law. The golf cart was perfect for zipping around to Baytown or to the nearby Publix. Bette, the property manager was good to work with and we enjoyed our trip very much. Thank you!

We had an unforgettable experience at this beautiful condo! The beachfront views were amazing. The condo itself was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and truly felt like a home away from home. Having a golf cart included was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to explore the area. The location couldn’t have been better—close to great dining, shops, and local attractions. But the real highlight was Bette, the property manager. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like family, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. It’s rare to find such warm and genuine hospitality, and we’re so grateful for her kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and memorable beach getaway!

Amazing Experience

We loved this vacation. Check in was so easy. The room had so much space and awesome balcony with the view of the ocean. Having a golf cart was a bonus. So much fun riding it to Baytown. Will definitely be back!!

The condo was great. The only thing I didn’t like was all the marijuana smoking. Seemed like every time we went on the balcony, someone was smoking close to us. There was a couple times, it bled into the room. Is it legal in Florida?

Beautiful and Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make our time in Florida so relaxing. The views from the condo were incredible! We were able to watch dolphins from the balcony every morning. The golf cart was a wonderful bonus. We could quickly go to lunch and dinner without having to take the car. The beach was quiet, clean, and had chairs you could rent if you needed to. The property was well managed. The pool was clean, and the grounds well maintained. Last of all, the booking, check in and check out process was effortless. Gail was so sweet and easy to communicate with. Thank you, Gail, for a wonderful stay. We hope to stay again!

Bette is AWESOME

We have stayed at this specific place many times and in this unit a couple times. The place is nice. Best part is the property manager. Bette always makes us feel welcome and treats us like family. There were a couple issues that arose during the stay, but she attended to them quickly. Without her, we wouldn't have had as good of stay as we did.

Great trip!!

The property was beautiful. Very clean and had all we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The golf cart was awesome for getting around and certainly better than having to get in the car every time we wanted to go somewhere close. We will definitely be back next time we go to Florida!!

Destin getaway

Stayed here with our family. Condo was very clean! We utilized the pullout and it was comfortable. It was chilly this week in Destin, a couple extra blankets would have been nice. Each bed had a thin comforter and a sheet only. Also would’ve been really nice if there were some necessities like dishwasher detergent, trash bags, kitchen linens, pool towels. We ended up buying these items, not that expensive but wasteful as we weren’t there long enough to use everything up and couldnt bring these items home. The condo did include 4 beach chairs and boogie boards which was awesome. And, access to a golf cart was so nice!!

This condo was an excellent choice for a stay at Sandestin. I want to keep it a secret so it will be available to us the next time we come to the beach. Convenient location, clean, comfortable! Westwinds Condo is the Best Yet!

We have been coming to Sandestin for a number of years, but we have never stayed in the same unit twice. We love the property! This year we also loved the unit and the building in which we rented. We had hoped to return next year, but when we called about it, we were told it had been reserved by a friend of another realtor in the company just the previous evening. We were very disappointed and thought we should have had the right of first refusal since we were still there! The amenities are wonderful. My husband used the exercise room daily, and we loved the heated pool and the hot tub. If you plan to do a lot of cooking/baking, you will need to supplement some of the kitchen supplies. There were only four luncheon plates and six or seven dinner plates. Some of those were chipped. You will also need to bring a few drying towels. We hand-washed our dishes, since there weren't many plates. You will also need storage dishes in which to keep leftovers. Don't mean this to be critical--just helpful. We loved our five-week stay. The washer and dryer were also great--much faster than mine at home. The toilet in the bathroom with the double vanity also has a float problem. We called about this, and a very nice gentleman came to fix it. Because it was an intermittent problem, he thought it was fixed, but it wasn't. The refrigerator also had a small problem with the water filter light. He took care of that. One of the dining table chairs also lost the bottom bar. He took that with him and was sure he could fix it. He didn't come back with it before we left, however. I hope next year's renters enjoy their stay as much as we did.
