Everything about our stay was simple. The property was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Property manager answered my one and only question I had within minutes. I’d recommend this property to anyone thinking about staying here.

Great location and golf cart is awesome addition for getting around the complex and shopping. Beach was a quick drive over on the golf cart and free parking available for the golf cart so that was convenient as well. The unit could use some maintenance as toilet seat and doors were a little off kilter while we were there. I messaged the host and they were going to be checking into it and fixing.

Great location! We enjoyed riding the golf cart, really didn’t need my car. We went to the bay which has a lot for families with kids! Free event every night! The fireworks were amazing! The kids loved having the pool right by the house & fishing in the back they caught stuff everyday! Loved the private patch and family friendly atmosphere! Very clean! Literally so much to offer! We loved the donut place by the entrance and you can ride the golf cart there! Free fires on the beach some nights! We will be back!

We stayed 7 days here and had the best time. We fished, fed the turtles and made friends at the pool! The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the big dinning table that we played games on and the neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant. We loved having the golf cart! Very convenient for drives to the beach and dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing location with easy access to beach and bayside.

Town house has relaxing view of Horseshoe lake, quick walk to community pool and walking distance to several restaurants, bars and shops. Rooms are spacious and we never heard neighbors. Parking is limited in front of the unit, so be aware you may need to Walk a bit. Note: owner just installed new flooring in the days before our stay. There was some project dust left behind and that is the only issue with cleanliness. An updated broom or dry mop for textured LVT would be helpful.

Unit was very dated as well furnishings, outside patios. Shag carpet, needs to be removed as well as any other carpet mats. Bathrooms should be updated. Some sink fixtures were loose. Upstairs bedroom closet had silverfish. Floor in dining area apparently has moisture under it. Dark & depresssing .

Great family getaway!

This condo was very nice. The layout is great and it was clean. There was some minor wear, but nothing out of the ordinary for a well used, well loved place. The decor was charming. The host was responsive. The location is great and the golf cart made getting to the beach access very easy. The kitchen had all the equipment and tools we needed, but if you are going to cook, remember your spices. I found a number of floats, chairs, fishing rods, beach toys, and umbrella in the shed to the right of the entrance. I am assuming they were left by former visitors, so make sure you check before buying or renting your own. Overall we really enjoyed staying there and would recommend it to others.

Retirement celebration

The location was beautiful, scenery beautiful, house clean & comfortable. The only complains that there were no BASIC amenities like trash bags, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, laundry dryer sheets, dish soap, and hangers. We had to go out and buy all of these things. It’s definitely a plus to have a washer and dryer, sink, and refrigerator if you could use them. One other thing that would make this an awesome place to rent besides all of these BASIC amenities is have 2-4 beach chairs and an umbrella in a closet. Most people go to Florida to go to the beach. So this would put it over the top. I’ve stayed at several VRBO places and never had to worry about bringing trash bags, hangers, and soap.
