Concert Weekend

I was in Destin for a long weekend and wanted to be close to the beach and walking distance to the venue. This property met my needs and the property managers were very easy to get in touch with. I had no issues and enjoyed a great weekend.

Great little property

We really enjoyed our stay, while we usually opt for beachfront the walk was extremely manageable and the balcony had a clean and private view. We had no issues with the condo itself and it was exactly as advertised.

2024 Summer Family Vacation

The place was very clean and everything in great condition, close to the beach. We loved that they had beach essentials and even beach toys for our kids. The only downside was on day 4 we saw a big roach in the kitchen counters and my wife hated that.

Wonderfully quaint accommodations

We had a wonderful time visiting this property, and the location was perfect. Just a very SHORT walk across the street and we had private access to a beautiful beach, and the property provided well maintained chairs and an umbrella for our use... which we GREATLY enjoyed. It is not as new or modern as nearby properties, but that didn't matter to us as the property was clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped. We would not hesitate to stay again in the near future, and the property owners were continuously attentive, thoughtful, and helpful. "Breathe Easy Rental" definitely live up to the name, and we are very thankful to have found tremendous value in our little piece of paradise in Miramar Beach! Thank you!!

Relaxing base for spring break golfing and beach time

We had a great stay over spring break - quiet, comfortable space, great access to the beach and easy to get to a number of local restaurants and golf courses. Communication with management was fantastic, and the unit was clean and fresh. The building is a little older which brings anticipated 'quirks', but the unit was well cared for and we'd definitely stay again. The only thing that would make the stay better at all - and this is very minor - is having a non-stick skillet in addition to the stoneware one provided. That would make prepping eggs for breakfast easier.

Wonderful little place!

Exactly what we needed!

It was a great place to stay for just myself and my boyfriend. The beach from the private access was a lot less crowded than other areas. Which was awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property! Great place to stay for vacation! Literally a two minute walk from the condo to the private beach access. My kids and I loved it and will definitely be back! Also, very close to everything as far as food, shopping and entertainment!

Wonderful week in Miramar Beach

Absolutely recommend this property for a small 4-5 person family beach getaway! Owner sent plenty of communication with an online guidebook to set expectations. Super easy check in process. Covered parking for a single vehicle. Top perk of this property is the private beach access just across the street with 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, cooler, and toys provided. We never felt crowded and some days felt like we had our own little beach to ourselves. Absolute highlight of our trip. Location is fantastic with coffee and shops a short walk away, popular restaurants, Surf Hut and Pompano Joes, just a few minutes away, and Destin 20 minutes away. There is an outdoor shower to rinse sand off, and the condo was a great place to chill with a movie (Roku TVs) in the evenings. Our 10yo loved the bed in the nook, and our 6yo slept fine on the pull out sofa. Kitchen was great for quick breakfasts, then quick walks back from the beach for lunches was perfect. Communication was amazing all around, and I let them know about the few things that needed to be looked at. Cons: (nitpicks) I wish the sofa was more comfortable, the fabric was rough on slight sunburns. There is room for a second nightstand next to the bed, or just a slightly bigger bed instead? The bed was little cramped for us but still very comfortable. The shower (no tub) was fine but could use a little tile and drain work. Not horrible at all though. Have seen a LOT worse. Killed two bugs on one of the 6 nights.
