Great place, great location, and clean. From the beach to the marina to the golf course to restaurants, everything is easily accessible by golf cart, even Publix. Had a great time.

Family Vacation

Lodging was just right for grandparents, married daughters family of 3 and one single daughter. We used the golf cart daily to get around to the amenities. This made it more enjoyable and parking easier. Our place was clean and very quiet. Outdoor patio area is nice but small. Drive from VPS airport is at least an hour with traffic and shorter route includes a toll both ways. The Baytowne Wharf is minutes away and includes restaurants,shops and family fun. We used two pools on the property. We golfed on two of the four for five courses available. We used the golf cart to access Miramar Beach through the tunnel and took advantage of the Sandestin Beach Chair Rental. We also used the beach chairs another day provided by the landlord at another beach we drove to.

The Chase

The location of this property is great and it's in a quiet neighborhood. The property was well maintained but we did come across some dead/dying roaches. Upon arrival the key to the golf cart was gone and we had to reach out to the managing company and chase them to get things moving but we were able to get the cart the next day, not the end of the world but you're paying for it either way. We chose this place since it listed fiber internet and we had some remote work to do while visiting. We reached out the same day of arrival and they said cox would be out to fix it. We did this for the next 4 days back and forth with no internet and received conflicting information from multiple points of contact which is not what you want to deal with on vacation. The managing company seems to have too much going on or just lip service without any actual fixes or money back. We had to use our phone hotspot for remote work. They dropped off a mobile hot spot 23 hours before the end of our stay so this didn't help much. All the TVs in the entire house did not work the entire week since everything was run off the internet. They told us to go to the library/cafe to get access all while not offering anything other than lip service to address the problem. Problems always come up and that's understandable but it's how you respond that makes your experience good or bad. If you feel like chasing fixes your entire vacation, give this place a try.

Our disappointing experience.

The home we stayed in was fine, however our golf cart broke down after the first full day of our stay. We were extremely disappointed in the property management response to this. Once we finally got a maintenance person from the company to look at the golf cart, his response was "I don't really know much about golf carts" and spent less than 2 minutes looking at the golf cart. We were not offered any replacement cart. We were offered a $100 refund. Since we flew into the area, we were without any transportation for the rest of the trip. I would not recommend this home or this company for anyone.

Great Getaway

The place was a perfect size for four adults. The kitchen was nice, large and well equipped. Very comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms. Enjoyed the pretty view of the lake and golf course. The area is beautiful and everything you need is assessable by golf cart.

Very nice with 1 exception.

Great except for the roaches in the waste water system. Master bedroom had them coming out of the tub. This isn’t malicious, it way my experience. Maintenance workers helped mitigate the issue. I’d prefer this not be posted on VRBO. But its feedback for the owners. The next visitors may be less tolerant.

Great spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Miramar Beach. Our rental unit was spacious, clean, reasonably well equipped, bright, comfortable and in very good condition. It was also in a nice, peaceful location with easy access (walking or driving) to shops, restaurants, etc. Communications with the property manager were clear and we received prompt responses to our handful of queries. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Excellent Vacation!

We enjoyed everything about this property. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Easy access to the beach, pool, shopping area and restaurants. The manager was very professional and friendly! Great customer service! I will highly recommend it!

Relaxing stay

We came down for Mother’s Day weekend and so enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and everything g was clean. The location was great. Only issue is we had no idea how to charge the golf cart. It took a while to figure it out.
