The checkin process was smooth overall; although the condo was not ready exactly at check-in time (and the owner didn’t believe me) even though I was at the door speaking with the cleaning crew at the very moment. It was approximately one hour ten minutes** understanding rather than objection would’ve helped. Other than that; the check-in process was great and no additional issues during checkin.

Ariel Dunes is Great but Won't Stay in this Condo Again

Ariel Dunes is great so I assumed this condo wouldn't be so bad but we were highly disappointed. For the price we paid, the condo should have been much cleaner and old furniture replaced. The mold stain above outside bedroom door was gross. The couch and chair in living room were very 'worn' and dated. We couldnt enjoy the patio as much as we wanted because there were only 3 mismatched chairs that were not right height to eat at the table. Lights kept flickering and bathroom light came on for no reason in middle of night. They had a broom but no dust pan. The things we did like were the washer/dryer worked well. The master bed was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes.

Great view and location. Not very clean

We were not excited about the cleanliness of this property. There was curly hairs all over the shower in the smaller bathroom, including on the shower head. There was a spot above the double bedroom door ceiling with a ring of what appeared to be mold. There was also multiple outlet covers that were broken, including in the room with bunk beds. Would assume this room was intended for children and then had broken outlet cover with exposed outlet. The TV did not work in the master and other TVs did not work as well. The refrigerator smelled of rotten fish every time it was opened and the freezer was even worse. The check-in and check out was good, our only complaint was the cleanliness. Would avoid this property in the future bc of this.

Girls Getaway

Great location, nice ameneties on the property. The master bedroom and bathroom very nice and spacious. The second bedroom had two very comfortable beds, but no dresser storage at all. The third bedroom (bunk room) is perfect for two small kids. We were traveling with 4 grown women. The furniture throughout is very dated/worn out, knobs missing from dresser in master bedroom, closet in 2nd bedroom off the hinge. There are many areas in the condo that were just "patched up" or " spot painted". The patio furniture is all rusted, especially on the bottoms. The patio table does not have any chairs that can be used to sit at the table. There are two bar height chairs, two rusted loungers and a table. The bath towels feel like they were from the dollar tree. I understand that the owners start you out with two rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towel. There was no small dish soap anywhere to be found, there were only two kitchen trash bags provided. The communication with the owner was very good prior to arrival. This condo could be perfect if it was given some tender, love and care.

Relaxing beach getaway!

The owners are very responsive and we’re able to answer questions we had before and even during our trip. They made the check in and check out process so seamless which made our trip stress free. The condo was VERY clean and had comfortable beds and furniture. The view from the large balcony is INCREDIBLE. Only a short walk across the street to the beach and relaxation. I would definitely love to stay here in the future for more beach trips to Miramar :)

Million dollar view

TV in master never worked. The only thing you can get in Living room is this IMDbTV? I tried multiple times to get this fixed and master bedroom tv, owner sent a new remote (while we were gone)it fixed nothing !?There was no hot tub as advertised, husband wasn't at all having that, patio had awesome view but table had no chairs that fit it just tall chairs or two real low ones. Horribly trashed worn out couch it was so broke-down yuck it hurt to sit on throw it out!! It's almost useless. There are multiple small things I could mention, but all in all we enjoyed the trip together. Best things were the view, the space, the beautiful beach. And we were together. I give the condo a 2.5 -4.

Beautiful beach!!

Very easy booking and communication with the owners. Beautiful weather and beaches. Seascape and Ariel Dunes is a great location and complex to stay in with a family. We have stayed in this area twice. The 3 star rating is due to comparing this condo to other condos that I have rented over the years and other condos in this facility. It was extremely dirty. We do not wear shoes in our home. From day one, going barefoot in this condo would result in dirty, black feet. The beds had crumbs on them and makeup on the pillow cases. We washed our sheets before sleeping on them. Under the beds were dirty with cereal of which we didn't have any. :) Maybe look into a new cleaning service. This condo also needs some TLC. The closet door in bedroom 2 fell off its track when we first arrived and opened it. Looks like it has had problems for a while. Also bathroom 2 has bad mold on the baseboard next to the shower. Broken decorations/knickknacks in living room and the biggest disappointment was the beautiful view with hardly any patio furniture. We like to be outside but they only had 2 semi decent chairs outside. The 1 lounger available has 1 leg rusted off. Always thankful for people renting their homes so my family of 7 can stay comfortably. Just open, honest comments to help the next visitor.

Family friendly

Great property! Perfect for the 10 of us! The dryer had to be ran twice to fully dry clothes, but we figured that’s from the humidity. We would like to see 2 towels per person, but since there was a washer and dryer it was no issue. The beds were great, the master was a bit lumpy but overall okay. Everything we needed was in the kitchen ( minus potholders) so bring those. The walk to the beach was exactly what we were hoping for! Easy and close!! The view was beautiful and it was nice to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the ocean! Super clean and quiet. Being on a golf course was awesome, the kids really enjoyed that. Close to most things and easy access to stores. I do recommend bringing a wagon to haul items to beach and groceries etc. We will definitely try to stay here again. Well worth it!
