Great family stay

The condo was beautiful and spacious. The screened in porch was my favorite as I enjoyed sitting outside without worrying about insects. We have used at least 5 different condos here and will be returning to this one.

Great management team

We had a couple of issues come up during our stay, but the property manager was quick to fix them. The property itself is very nice. The golf cart works great, however because it is kept outside and exposed to the weather, all of the seatbelts were virtually unusable due to rust.

A great stay!

A beautiful and spacious condo for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. Having the golf cart was so helpful getting around the resort and to nearby shopping. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time on our recent visit to Sandestin and our stay in this home on Tivoli. The folks at Beach Blue are always wonderful to work with and everything was perfect.

Amazing time!!

Loved this place start to finish!! We were so sad to leave, it was truly a perfect place to call home during our vacation. Check in couldn’t have been more seamless, easily obtained parking permit, headed straight to unit with door code in hand. This was especially crucial as it was a long car ride!! We had previously stayed in another property within the same parking lot, so we were familiar with the location which is unbeatable. Across street from the heated pool with depth up to 6 feet, we swam daily. It was a 5 minute golf cart ride to the white sugar sands of Sandestin beach!!! Everyone in our party gasped at how gorgeous the main living area was, the lighting schemes were a favorite to figure out and change throughout the day and evening. Everything was white and modern, but so comfortable with a great couch. We had ample space for a very large grocery haul and all necessary appliances (blender was great). The only thing I wished we had brought was a plastic pitcher for lemonade or iced tea. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate. All other bedrooms had their own bathrooms, upstairs is not walled in but an open loft. My kids slept up there with no complaints. The golf cart was in perfect shape and easy and fun to maneuver. Easy ride to Baytowne Wharf shops and restaurants, Publix, of course the beach! I highly recommend this unit, we will be back!

Family Celebration

This condo was beautiful and the pictures didn't do it justice. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the location was wonderful! I only have a few critiques, but they were quickly handled by Eric the Maintenance Supervisor. One of the screens on the outside deck was torn when we got there and the bathtub in the bedroom behind the kitchen had a slow drain. Eric handled both issues promptly. Also the freezer wasn't freezing and making ice and he took care of that too. He was great! But other than those things, the condo was amazing and we definitely plan to stay there again!

GREAT LOCATION

Great location to beach. Had a few issues with golf cart not charging due to tripping breakers. Maintenance was quick to fix problem and get us going. Everything was clean and perfect. The only think I suggest is to have maybe a few beach things, such as chairs and umbrellas. We have been coming for the last 6 years and every location has had beach stuff accept this house. Will definitely stay in Sandestin. Beach Blue properties was very helpful and staff was amazing and nice.
