    Discover our cozy beach hideaway and make it your own escape! Enjoy gorgeous direct gulf views from Maravilla 2202 of the surf, a beautiful sunrise, or a romantic sunset from the balcony with access through the living room or master bedroom. Take a short walk to our private beach which includes complimentary beach chairs/umbrella. This 2BD/2BA is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with your comfort in mind.

    Our condo has been renovated from top to bottom! It includes a brand new kitchen with breakfast bar, quartz counter-tops and stainless steel appliances with increased storage. Newly tiled floors throughout the living room, kitchen and bathrooms with brand new vanities. The bedrooms are complete with brand new pillow top mattresses to ensure it feels like you never left the comfort of your own bed. The newly remodeled unit is complete with a modern beachy rustic decor.

    The unit also includes a queen sleeper sofas in the living room. Conveniences include a fully-equipped kitchen, all linens, washer/dryer in unit. Flat screen TV's in living room and bedrooms, DVD/VCR and stereo.

    The unit is conveniently located across from the elevators and stairwell for direct access to the to the beach. We are centrally located to Highway 98 for easy access to shopping, dining and family activities.

    Maravilla Beach Resort offers a private 2.5 acres of beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. It is a great vacation destination with great amenities for the entire family. Amenities include: two pools (one seasonally heated), whirlpool, two tennis courts, shuffleboard, fitness/exercise room, clubhouse, BBQ Grills, and large parking area. This is a family complex with plenty of green space for play.

    It is just minutes away from some of the best shopping and restaurants ranked in Emerald Coast Magazine 2010 edition and golf at Regatta Bay ranked 'Top 200 Places to Play in North America,' by Golf Digest.

Love this place i could set at the kitchen table and watch dolphins swim and just look at the beautiful water so clean and dog forget all the dog's you see so nice

Amazing Stay!

My husband and I rented this house to stage ourselves moving in right down the road! It had everything we needed, fantastic location with beautiful water views! We worked on the balcony every day and enjoyed wine there each night. Check in and out process was seamless as well.

Restin' in Destin (actually Miramar)

Maravilla was getting a fresh paint job and it was a little disrupted. But, the work crew seemed very nice and took proper care in their jobs. We love this property and location with wonderful views of the beach. Unit 2202 was as beautiful as its pictures and the main bedroom mattress was a nice firmness.

Miramar Beach Maravilla Property

Our stay at this property was exceptional. We thought the location was great and enjoyed being able to walk to a variety of restaurants and shops. The view from the balcony was great. It was nice to be able to see and hear the waves of The Gulf of Mexico. It was truly the Emerald Coast while we were there. This condo was exceptional.

Softball Nationals Family Visiting

We were there for the week for softball nationals in Ft. Walton. The condo was absolutely perfect for our visit with 5 people. It is absolutely gorgeous on the inside and the view of the ocean is spectacular! The owners were always in contact prior to and during our visit if needed! We will definitely visit this condo again when coming to this area!

Beach Getaway

We stayed for two weeks in March, it was quite busy with spring break, I would avoid this time in the future. It is a beautiful view of the gulf! Very comfortable beds and couch and nicely decorated. It could use a bigger tv for the size living room would be our biggest complaint. We had a very nice stay and would come back again.

Perfect for my boys (Ages 9 & 15)

What a great time we had during our vacation! The location of the condo was perfect! Roughly 1 mile to Bad Ass Coffee Shop, and well worth the jog and wait in line. The beaches and sidewalks were clean, property and pools were in great shape. Views from the master suite and the living room, and balcony were perfect! Close to stairs and elevator. Would stay there again!

Best stay ever

We loved this condo! So clean. Great views of the gulf through the windows and on the balcony. A very short walk to the beach and the pool. Right off the elevator. Convenient to activities. We will stay here again when we return to Miramar Beach. We didn’t want to leave!
