Great location!

This condo is amazing! It was the cleanest rental I have ever been in. It was perfect for our family of 3. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. We also loved having access to the golf cart and using it to grab groceries, go to the beach, and just for fun cruises. We will definitely be returning!

Awesome condo in a pristine neighborhood. I’ve stayed in a lot of vrbo’s and the cleanliness of this one was impressive. Loved the golf cart, such a fun way to get around the beautiful resort. Highly recommend this property.

Safe, quiet, peaceful weekend!

A lovely, cozy condo in a quiet, peaceful and friendly neighborhood. We came for a short stay (the weekend) to get some rest, enjoy dinner out and experience the beauty of Sandestin. We love the area, the atmosphere and everything about Sandestin and the area. The condo was welcoming, bright and spacious enough for my youngest daughter and me. Enjoyed our weekend!

Family Vacation

This was first time visiting the area and we will definitely be coming back. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our liking; laid back residential community. We enjoyed checking out the different communities on the golf cart.

Very nice condo in area of nice homes. Quiet neighborhood. Great place to walk around the resort and can walk to excellent shopping and Publix. Condo was well-stocked. Bed was super-comfy!

This was our first stay in Sandestin. The community is absolutely beautiful. I chose this unit because of the golf cart. So glad we did. Our accommodations were spot on. It was very spacious. The main bedroom bed was like sleeping at home. The condo was so clean I’m not even sure I can clean that well. We had everything we needed and was so close to anything we would want to do. I would definitely recommend this property.

Book it! You will love it!

Loved the condo. It was decorated in a modern beach theme and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the golf cart! Drove it to the beach, Publix and Baytown Warf. Even though it was not directly on the beach, the golf cart made it a fun experience and the drive was short not to mention beautiful through the neighborhoods. The TV in the living room was massive! My boys slept on the pull out sofa and it was very comfortable. The bathrooms were updated. Large laundry room was a plus. And the back deck was screened in so no bugs! There was very comfortable outdoor furniture and a TV that my kids loved watching. Also there were beach chairs (probably 5?) and at least 2 umbrellas and a couple coolers! We brought our own but if we had known we probably would have used the ones in the condo instead. We had a couple of thing we needed to contact property management about and they were excellent! Prompt, friendly and got everything taken care of! Highly recommend this condo!!!! Only one negative…the beach is very crowded, many high rise condos and the neighborhood around. Also the annoying beach chair rentals take up so much of the beautiful beach space and most aren’t even rented. BUT the beach itself is breathtaking and you can put your chairs and umbrella in front of the rental chairs. Overall an excellent experience.

Amazing Florida Vacation

We booked this Sandestin Gem based on the images that were shown and all in all it was just like stepping into the actual photos. My wife enjoyed the space, especially the screened in porch and the layout of the entire Condo, this was very important to her so the whole family was able to relax and enjoy. The Golf cart was a hit with the entire family and we were able to go to the beach with it and explore the entire resort property, which was beyond huge. We absolutely loved our stay and we would book this property again in the future, it fit our family great. Until next time, Sandestin we love you and can't wait to visit again!!:-)

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful and well appointed condo in quiet neighborhood. Golf cart makes everything easily accessible, the beach, the wharf and upscale Grand Avenue shops and restaurants. We especially loved the screen porch and listening to the frogs at night, Can't wait to book it again!
