Family beach week perfection

The location and amenities of Majestic Sun is what continues to bring us back. This corner condo did not disappoint for our family beach week. We maxed the condo with 11 occcupants and did not feel crowded at all. Highly recommend for large parties. The rental management responded and resolved one minor issue promptly.

Miramar Beach

The condo was great, very clean and had everything we need. The building though seem to have many issues but didnt effect the rating of 5 stars for the condo itself. They had to close the indoor pool for the last 3 days we were there to redo some drainage. Outdoor pool not heated. Also seem to have elevator issues as well that was annoying. Location great though. Would stay again.

Great location and a lovely corner condo

The location is great. Right in front of the beach with an amazing view. The condo is a corner unit and the interior was gorgeous. We had a slight issue with one of the bathroom tubs not draining, however, they were immediate in their response to get it fixed. The floors were also very dirty so it is recommended to wear shoes/slippers indoors. Overall, we had a great experience and will book again.

Beautiful clean condo with an excellent view. Plenty of space for our big family of 11. Kitchen had all the essentials. There were even some beach items that we were able to use. We had no issues the entire stay! Will gladly stay here in the future

We had people coming 3 different states. The property accommodated our parking and different arrival times. Plenty of room for 3 families. Balcony has a great view and the kids loved the bunk bed room!

Incredible beach access!

The location is unbeatable! 10th floor corner unit directly across the street from the clear blue water and white sand beach. There are ample sleeping spaces, full kitchen with appliances, and full washer and dryer. This is a wonderful place for families or couples traveling together. The property management company was very responsive to our calls and messages, and provided some assistance when we requested it. They do not routinely stock any condiments, coffee, coffee filters, or cooking oils. Plan on making a complete grocery run upon arrival.

Cousins Rest and Reset

The reson for the 1- 4 star is because the parking was hard to figure out, yet when we spoke with someone it was easy to figure out! The beds were great, location was amazing! The views from the balcony was one that we would love to see everyday. The extras for the beach were great to have. The extras in the condo for utensils were also a good help. We love the large open concept and the ability to converse while cooking. Overall not a bad thing to say about the condo at all! We would love to come back!

Great condo in a perfect location!

The condo was great! Lots of space, fully stocked kitchen, and FABULOUS views! Each bedroom was well equipped with extra blankets if needed. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Beach chairs in laundry room were a nice extra. Elevators were always available and the covered parking place was a nice bonus. The balcony was huge and had lots of seating options for our family. We would definitely stay here again… in fact we already booked again!

Beautiful condo with tons of sleeping space. Pull out couch was comfortable. Great bonus of the beach chairs and accessories in the closet. Balcony has beautiful views and location is super convenient just steps from the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous condo with amazing views

Only reason for a 4 star vs 5 would be location to amenities. We spent quite a bit of time in the car driving to get to attractions and traffic was horrible. We also had VERY noisy guests directly above our unit, but that is not the fault of property manager. Overall this unit was very spacious and nice for our needs.

This unit exceeded our expectations! The views were amazing, the location convenient, it was spacious and clean, and suited all of us. Only thing I would add is a small dresser or chest of drawers in the bunkbed room to help keep kids clothes organized. We are already planning our next trip back!

Perfect Beach Get-Away

Great location. Away from the crowds of Destin, but with all the amenities you need for a beach vacation. The unit had basic beach toys, a couple of beach chairs and umbrellas, and soft-sided coolers.
