Would definitely stay here again!

Although the weather could have been better, we enjoyed our stay. Very nice place and very clean. Also very convenient to beach, shopping, Baytown, etc.

Great Place and Great Location

We had a wonderful week-long stay, at Sandestin, in Tivoli 5262. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location to the pool is outstanding, and having the Golf cart made getting to the beach, Harbor Town and the rest of the resort a breeze. We only had two issues during our stay, and neither really diminished the experience. The first item is the upstairs unit. There is little to no insulation in the floors, and you hear EVERYTHING. What is people just going about their normal routine comes through quite loud in the unit. We were not annoyed, but it's just something to consider if you are used to living in your own home or with no one living above you. For us, we just wore earplugs to sleep (which I normally do anyway) since the people staying upstairs had little kids that loved to run around their condo later in the evening. The Second item is the wireless connectivity on the Master bedroom TV, which is horrible. Due to the extremely close proximity to the router, the WiFi was having issues connecting and impacting all of the other devices/TV's in the condo. Since the WiFi router is located right below the TV, I suggest connecting the TV to the router via ethernet cable and disable the Wireless on the TV.

We stay in Sandestin every year, sometimes more than once a year. This was definitely one of our favorite rentals of all time. The master bed....outstanding comfort! We had perfect access to the pool and the golf cart was great! The kitchen was well-equipped, screened in porch had comfortable chairs plus an eating area, and the bedrooms had great storage on top of the extra closets around the condo for gear, etc. We could not have asked for better! I like a clean condo and this was it! We will be back for future stays. ❤️

Great family experience

I look forward to coming back to stay at this location. The condo was very spacious. Lovely view, but private, on the screened in porch. A pool was almost right out our back screen door. Great place to hang out after visiting the beach, usually quiet.

Great location with someD

The condo was beautifully decorated - the bathrooms except for the master we’re tight. The golf cart wouldn’t hold a charge for the first 4-5 days of our stay and while management responded promptly, they never followed up to inform me of any intervention. The biggest drawback was the complete lack of soundproofing in this Bottom unit. There were 4 adults and 5 kids living above us and we heard every footstep and relay race they ran. We had to buy earplugs to sleep. Note to self - never rent another bottom unit. Also the unit’s screens in back porch backs up to the pool so don’t rent if you want peaceful mornings enjoying your coffee.

Great remodel - we’ll be back

The unit was beautifully and tastefully redone. The property was extremely clean, and the property manager was wonderful. We’ve used Beach Blue for years, and their entire staff is great to work with.

Nice property - great location

Other than seeing / booking the property on VRBO website , VRBO directed us to the property manager who we dealt with for the entire process. Basically VRBO only provided a website. The property is located in the Sandedtin Resort. This condo provided plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 children. Great location with plenty of thing to do for everyone. The golf cart was an excellent and fun way to get around . The only suggestion ( not a complaint) is that the condo could use a freshening up- - maybe a coat of paint on the interior. Some of the furniture and appliances are showing wear.

I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this property. The pool is located right out the back door so it very convenient. Take the golf cart to the store and to the beach so you’ll never need to use your vehicle. The property is very clean and well maintained. The only issue we had all week was the people that rented upstairs had children and they could get a little loud running back and forth. The neighborhood is very secure and safe. We noticed that the security was visible driving around. The beach could get a little crowded but that’s to be expected on the week before July 4th. Overall my family had a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here agian in the future.

VRBO said on Golf Course and it was not!!

The unit location by the pool was very loud and had no view. The bathrooms were not extremely clean and the stove handle came off the first time we opened it. Also, you can hear every footstep from the unit above and they had kids running constantly.

Great Stay

Very spacious condo in a great location. We had a great stay! Only issue was the golf cart died on us when heading to the beach one day. We called maintenance and they replaced the battery that day.

Memorial Day on Tivoli Way

Overall the property and Sandestin were a good time. I would say that if golf and family fun by the pool and at Baytowne Wharf are your thing then this place is great. Very roomy and slept 4 adults and 5 young kiddos very comfortably. Two negatives were the cleanliness of the unit at check in and the party environment at the beach. On the cleanliness front when we got there the linens on the queen sized bed were clearly badly stained and while possibly clean looked terrible. Also the pullout in the sofa had not been checked and was covered in old food and dirt from people eating on the couch. We called housekeeping and reported the issue. They told us there were extra sheets and blankets in the closet and good luck. I would think these things would be checked and dealt with prior to check in. Both issues were very obvious and would, in my opinion, have to be ignored as they were so glaringly obvious to have been overlooked. The second issue was the beach. There was some kind of “organized” event on the beach right behind Sandestin’s Beach House both Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Lots of adults doing very adult things, drinking heavily and a DJ playing very adult music very loudly. Not the best environment for the 5 kids that ranged in age from 11 to 2. I will make note for next Memorial Day and be sure to schedule my travel accordingly. I would think for a “family friendly” resort such as Sandestin they might discourage the night club environment that they had and opt for a more low key setup and leave the night club dance party to the night clubs and Panama City Beach. Baytowne Wharf was a hit with the kids and while there were a lot of people there it did not feel overly crowded and we did not have to wait too long for dinner service. Provisions was remarkable and the taco shop by the zip line was great. We did not leave time for golf but from what we say the courses looked to be in great shape and we will be returning to take advantage and get a couple rounds in.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was so nice to walk out to the pool which was clean and heated! The master bedroom needs to be a little more cozy and comfortable. The bedding and curtains need to be updated. The mattress in the master needs a mattress cover and mattress pad to be more sanitary and clean. The cotton blanket was not enough. I hope to see the owner's purchase a comforter and new sheets. Golf cart was great to ride to the beach which was so easy and the amenities were fantastic (chairs, umbrellas, food, ...) We also loved taking the golf cart to Baytowne wharf.
