Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Sandestin at Beachside 1. The condo was lovely and as stated. It felt like home and had everything we needed. It was great to have access to the private beach. We had plenty of room to spread out and didn't feel crowded during our stay. It was also nice to have the pool and spa. The area where it is located is so nice. There are plenty of seating areas and places to lounge. We loved it and look forward to returning.

AMAZING STAY

Our place was amazing!!! A stones throw away from the beautiful white sandy beach and crystal blue water. Place had everything one would need to have a very comfortable stay. Very clean and well kept. Office communication was great! Our only regret was we couldn't stay longer and had to come back home :(

Better than advertised!

We always stay in this building but different units and would love to stay in this unit again! It had everything we needed. A plus was discovering several beach chairs in the closet since we needed an extra. The new pool is so nice and never crowded. Could always get a chair. Loved the security guy that was there daily to make sure the pool and beach area were only occupied by guests of the building. I took pics of the bordering beaches and water and they were wall to wall people. I didn’t have to go down at 7:00 am to get a good spot! Plenty of great spots and elbow room. The only con I can share is they closed off a good chunk of parking lot to be used as a construction area and parking could be difficult. Many had to park on grassy medians and along sides which made it very congested. In no way does this take away from this beautiful unit and the wonderful time we had. Thank you!

Fun in Miramar Beach

Check in was ok but long line and wait time. Room seemed a little smaller than I expected but was very nice! We had beautiful views. We did have a few issues: Master bathroom sink was clogged; towel bar in guest bathroom was detached… and on the third night there was a cockroach in the master bathroom on the sink. I luckily did not see more roaches in the room but did see a few near the trash bin in the hall. They are huge!! But really, you are in FL so perhaps expected. Overall we had a nice time and the staff communicated via text quickly when I inquired about something. The beaches are overcrowded this year and the pool was closed for a few days. Sometimes you couldn’t get in because the gate code didn’t work… again, still a very nice time and area.

Incomplete/Bad Information

Location was great. The pool was out of service for renovations; however, that was not on the listing. The property management group only answered 2 out of 5 calls. I stayed on hold for > 30 minutes twice attempting to get information about alternate pools and where to take trash. Wrist bands were not left in the room and required me to go to the office to get them.

Great time!

Had a great experience with this rental. the property was beautiful and the amenities was nice as well.the views of the ocean was amazing as well. The only down side was the pool was being worked on and the pool we had access to did not have a hot tub. We also had issues with our code on the beach gate. Other than that would definitely recommend and we are planning on comming back!

This condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay and we feel it was well appointed. We loved the décor. The location was perfect for us. Check in was easy. Beachfront Condo

Family and I enjoyed the condo. Do to COVID the staff that normally takes the reservations for the property lost their jobs so it was difficult to book initially. Once we finally got it booked the condo was pretty much as the pictures showed. It was missing a few pictures that had been removed to reveal scuffs on the wall. We did have an issue with the master bath toilet sticking but Everything else about the condo was great. The location right on the beach and access to Sandestin amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely beach getaway for a family of 4

Really enjoyed our short but sweet Sandestin beach weekend! Great location on the 4th floor and loved being able to walk or take the shuttle to eat, play & shop on the Sandestin property. Other than a fridge issue, the condo was great & had everything we needed. Already looking forward to next year’s beach trip! Thanks to the helpful staff, including Paula, who helped make our stay as nice as possible. :)

Great Ocean Views

The condo unit was exactly as described. The views from the balcony and from the master bedroom were breathtaking. The refrigerator stopped working the day before we were supposed to arrive, however, the management team provided us with plenty of notice and even offered us other possible options. We chose to take the mini fridge that was offered to us since our stay was short, and I am glad we did. The views from the condo was the main reason I wanted to stay here and it was definitely worth it! Overall I would definitely recommended this unit to future renters.

We loved condo and had a great week! Main downsides were Only 2 of the burners on stove worked and we love to cook, so very frustrating and dryer would not stay on long enough to ever get our clothes dry even trying for over 2 hrs!!! Overall was a great condo and would definitely recommend!!

GREAT condo! GREAT location! GREAT staff!

Stayed here during spring break with my wife, 15 yo daughter and 11 yo son. We loved it. Destin was VERY crowded and I would not go there during spring break unless I could stay in this resort. You don't have to fight the traffic and congestion on the resort. Golf, beaches, restaurants.. everything you need within the resort. I encourage everyone to rent this property. We will be back.
