Our vacation was amazing and this property was fantastic. Owners were extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. Amenities provided were fantastic, and everything you need is within the resort, and an easy ride in the provided golf cart. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had an excellent stay! The condo was absolutely immaculate and beautifully maintained. We truly enjoyed all of the amenities, and everything we needed was right there. We loved every minute of our time here and felt completely at home. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

Great Condo! Everything was perfect. Immaculate and clean. Complex was outstanding. Kitchen has everything you needed and then some! Beds were comfortable. A much needed relaxing getaway. Plan on staying here many more times.

This is by far the best unit I have ever stayed in through VRBO. It actually surpasses many high end hotel rooms I have stayed in!As someone who has managed hotels and resorts for over 25 years, I am a self proclaimed “travel snob”. This unit far exceeded my expectations! I was shocked at how it was even nicer than the photos. Everything in the unit is top of the line, high end from the appliances to the furnishings. Anything you could need is provided for you, including amazing toiletries, throw blankets, games. We had a blast playing Jenga at night after going to dinner in the golf cart or taking a soak in the jacuzzi steps away. The beach locker was full of everything you could ever want. Chairs, cooler, pool noodles, boogie boards. There was even a Bogg bag for us to use!The view was perfect, the resort grounds are so lush and just over the palms you could see the gorgeous emerald water and at night it was so pretty to see the pool and jacuzzi illuminated. It was a great location as it was easy to access everything quickly yet still very private. We loved the sounds from the waterfall, it made it even more it a tropical oasis.I could go on and on about how wonderful our stay was, truly too much to list. Book it, you won’t regret it! We truly felt like we were in a high end resort and are so thankful to have found a place where it is so obvious the owner truly cares about the people staying there feel like they are their guests. We cannot wait to return!

Our family has been vacationing in Miramar Beach for 10 years and this was our favorite condo yet. The unit is immaculate and well-appointed with thoughtful upgrades and attention to detail that made our week truly exceptional. Our children enjoyed the pool and the snack bar was a fun bonus. We hope to visit again in the future!

The property is exactly as listed: high end appliances and furnishings, very clean on arrival, thoughtful touches everywhere. We had a wonderful family week at the beach and this condo was the perfect "base of operations" for it all. Leading up to the trip, Carla was on top of delivering all necessary info and promptly answered all our other questions. Having the golf cart is an awesome extra that makes exploring the resort and all the dining/shopping/entertainment "across the road" in Baytowne and Grand Boulevard convenient and fun. We had an AC issue that wasn't anyone's fault, and Carla went out of her way to get it addressed and "make it right". I have no complaints whatsoever and we'd be thrilled to stay in this condo over and over again in the future!

We have vacationed at Sandestin for 30 years and this was the most beautifully furnished, well equipped place we’ve ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean and fresh scented, even down to the linens! The owners provide everything you could possibly need during your stay, and Carla was an excellent host who communicated with us quickly and efficiently. Westwinds is the most beautiful of all the Sandestin properties. It has a fabulous pool with a snack bar and is so convenient to the beach. Having a golf cart adds so much to the Sandestin experience! We loved driving it to the tennis courts and to dine at Baytowne or Grand Boulevard. We are so glad we stayed here and are looking forward to our next stay at Second Wind!

Beautiful Condo

We recently stayed at this beautiful condo by the beach, and it was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and thoughtfully decorated everything was. The space was bright, airy with beautiful shades of blue. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable we slept better here than we do at home! Everything was exactly as described, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and clearly take great pride in this place.If you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful beach getaway, this condo is a gem. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean, smelled wonderful and had lots of extra amenities that other places do not offer: beach chairs, beach cart, spices for cooking, coffee, coffee filters, coffee pods, tea, ziplock bags, cooking spray, paper towels, dish sponge, dish pods, laundry detergent etc. I have stayed a lot of Destin condos over the years and this is the only place that offered this level of "extras". I was thoroughly impressed. We loved this place and will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Like others have said, this was the cleanest beach property we have ever been to. All the linens, furniture, etc. were quality. I loved having a washer and dryer in our unit! The location was perfect, with the pool right next to the beach. We also loved having a tiki bar that offered beach service each day. We paid for a weekly rental of chairs and umbrella, but unfortunately people set up their personal chairs in front of the paid ones, therefore blocking your view. The heated pool was a nice size, and there was plenty of seating. The kids loved being able to ride the golf cart to dining and shopping. The one (minor) thing I would have liked is a fan in the bedrooms. I’m also sensitive to smells, so I had to put the diffusers in the laundry room. Overall, we were very pleased, and hope to be back again!

Beautifully decorated & luxurious condo

The pictures don’t lie! This is a beautifully decorated & luxurious condo. All furnishings, kitchen appliances/pans, towels, bedding, etc are high-end & in great condition. This unit was priced a little higher than others we considered, but I have zero regrets. “You get what you pay for,” is a phrase I keep in mind when booking accommodations for my family, so if you have the same mentality, you will not be disappointed with this condo selection!

Amazing time at Second wind! We enjoyed everything about this condo. Everything is high end, easy to access, and every detail is covered! Would love to stay here again. Location to Destin commons and Baytowne can’t be beat. We loved the golf cart access using the tunnel and fishing in the many ponds! Both of my boys caught a fish! Thank you Carla for the wonderful stay!
