Great family trip

Great location! Included everything we needed for the beach. We had a great time. Perfect for families. Front door needed fixed and they fixed it within 10 minutes of us submitting our request.

Fun with the family.

Everything was nice and clean. The views were beautiful! We loved that the pool had a gradual slope at one end. We were just under the impression that we were on the beach, not across the street.

Multi-generation beach getaway

Enjoyed the views! Amenities were awesome and well thought out. Thankful for beach cart and misc toys, chairs, etc. Loved the convenience of getting food at the restaurant downstairs without having to leave the property. Room and spaces for our 3 different age groups all in the unit. Thanks and looking forward to our return!

Exceeding expectations

This property was exactly as pictured. In fact, we were surprised at how well-stocked it was with kitchen appliances, including a slow cooker, cutting boards, and cooling rack. The unit was very clean and there were several games and activities, as well as chairs, tubes, boogie boards, and other fun items for the beach. The beach was a short and easy walk from the unit, even with four kids ranging from 3 to 10 and all the beach gear that kids "require." The pool was also very nice, and there are plenty of luggage carts and grocery carts by the elevators to make arrival and departure easy I would recommend to anyone, and I would absolutely stay again.

Friends Reunion

Our stay at this location was perfect. The weather was perfect, but even if it hadnt been it would have been perfect to hang out. The decor was more beautiful in person than in the listing. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked. Beds were heavenly....except the twins...was a little on the firm side. Great location for food. Beach/Gulfview from Balcony and literally steps from the beach! Just wonderful! THANK YOU!!!

Loved our stay here!

The condo was overall very clean (just a little sandy - even the sheets when we got there). The kitchen supplies met all of our needs. Our kids enjoyed the board games. There's a beautiful view of the beach from the patio and one of the bedrooms. The convenience of the beach toys and cart was nice. The walk to the beach is short. There are several restaurants nearby. We LOVED the pool - it really entertained all ages from toddlers to adults. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The location is great with amazing views out the balcony. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella and beach cart to enjoy down at the beach. So many great little shops and restaurants nearby. The cabana cafe on the property was a great spot for a night cap, live music pizza and ice cream. Our family had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Wonderful!

Beautiful condo with a great view! My kids enjoyed all the beach toys in the deck box. The location is close to a few restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Definitely enjoyed our stay and will probably book here again!

My review

We needed 3 bedrooms, one with bunk bed a little small, might need to replace coffee maker, we bought some filters and even like that we had coffee grounds in it, it takes a long time to make coffee.

Comfort in Quarantine

Our stay at Ariel Dunes was very impressive.. I will admit that given the current situation we were a little weary to stay in a high rise with the possibility of Covid exposure but this location handled cleanliness very well and everyone on site was very respectful of social distancing and best practices when it came to common areas (ie elevators, pools). Our rental was very well kept and had everything we needed and more. We had a total of 8 - four adults and four kids (14-11 years old) and we never felt as if we were crammed into a space too small for us. Kitchen was well stocked; full size fridge and working ice machine was a plus. The kids did state that a small fan for the bunk room would've been helpful; as a ceiling fan maybe tough given the size of the room. The balcony was a great space for meals, morning exercise and evening drinks to unwind. We were definitely impressed by the beach equipment in the bin on the balcony it was a great help! The guest book was a very unique touch and happy to say we left our words of appreciation to the owners there as well. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Great condo for a family vacation!

If you can't be right on the beach, this is the next best thing. The condo was clean, fully stocked, and a lovely place for our family getaway. We had our 5 kids plus a friend for a total of 8. The pools were great, I loved the view, and it was so close to the beach! We enjoyed walking to so many local places the beach was beautiful. BIG bonuses were full sized washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen. Thanks for a great rental, we would love to stay there again.
