  • Modern Baytown wharf's studio with balcony. This 3rd floor condo has a kitchenette, king bed, storage bench in foyer with small storage table. Console table in living room, seating for 6. Queen size sofa bed. 60'' smart TV. The bathroom has a new cabinet with a large bowl sink, waterfall faucet and shower/tub. The balcony overlooks the courtyard. There is a side exit for easy access to the pool, hot tub, exercise room, grill, etc. Easy access to parking garage and parking.

    Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

    We invite you to explore amenities that make Sandestin special. Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort features more than seven miles of beaches and pristine bay front, four championship golf courses, 15 world-class tennis courts, a 226-slip marina, a fitness center, spa and celebrity chef dining. Shop, dine and play at the charming pedestrian area of The Village of Baytowne Wharf and more. Inside the gates of the resort, residents enjoy the 2,400 acres from the beach to the bay. Everything within the gates of the resort is accessible by walking or bicycle. The entire resort is interconnected by miles of pedestrian or bike paths that weave through groves of live oaks, meandering past natural lagoons, fountains, man-made lakes, and meticulously landscaped fairways.

Everything within the gates of the resort is accessible by golf cart or bicycle. The entire resort is interconnected by miles of pedestrian, bike and golf cart paths that weave through groves of live oaks, meandering past natural lagoons, fountains, man-made lakes, and meticulously landscaped fairways.

    Getting around the neighborhood is easy. There is a tram that takes you right to the beach and you can walk or rent a golf cart to get around.

    Directions to underground parking: Pass through the Welcome Gate and make a left on Baytowne Avenue. Continue on Baytowne Ave., making a slight right at the round-about. Continue about 1 more mile, until you see a large sign for Hotel Effie. Make a left, at the sign, onto Grand Sandestin Boulevard. Continue for about 1 mile; look for signs, on the left, for the Village of Baytowne. Turn left into the drive; the parking garage entrance will be on your right. After parking in the garage, look for the green wall to identify the entrance to the Pilot House.

    Please note there is only one unassigned parking space per deeded unit (one booked unit is allowed one vehicle in the second floor parking garage). There is off-site parking available a short 4-minute walk from the property (just north of Gateway properties; look for the sign that reads Inspiration Bay).

    The Pilot House Area: The Pilot House is situated in the Village of Baytowne Wharf. This complex offers its guests easy access to Sandestin's spectacular white sandy beaches, four different golf courses, tennis/pickleball courts, and a marina. Onsite amenities include a pool & jacuzzi, fitness center, and gorgeous garden.

    Getting around the neighborhood is a breeze! All that the Village of Baytowne Wharf offers is just steps away. Village activities include Adventure Land Playground (a safe and entertaining place for kids to play morning through evening); Baytowne Adventure Zone (sporting ziplines, ropes courses, and more!); Baytowne Carousel (bringing smiles to all age groups); Blast Arcade & Laser Maze (exciting, fun-filled family entertainment); Cloak & Dagger Escape Room (high tech rooms and great stories – 7 days a week).

    Looking for more nearby options? Horseshoe Bayou, Hammerhead's Bar & Grille, and Roberto's Pizzeria are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk. The Inn is about a 10-minute drive to Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Destin Executive airport is 11 miles away, a 20 to 25-minute car ride.

    Wristband Policy: This community requires guests to wear a wristband in designated areas (including but not limited to: the amenity terrace level, area inside the pool gates, grilling area, fitness center, as well as the terrace lawn and fireplace). Individuals without a wristband will be asked to put one on or will be asked to leave the premises.

    Leave wristbands in the kitchen area, by the coffee machine. When wristbands must be replaced, guests will be charged a $75 delivery fee plus $10 per missing wristband.

    Beach Tram Info: As a guest of this resort, you have special access to the Beach Tram. In order to utilize tram services, guests will need to show their access pass, which can be found in the kitchenette area.

    A beach tram is scheduled to stop every 15-20 minutes in front of Charlie's Café at the Villages of Baytowne Wharf. Here is a link showing where the Beach Tram pick up and drop of points are. You need to take the yellow line! Don't forget to bring beach towels if you plan to go to the beach during your stay.

    Leave tram cards in the kitchen area, by the coffee machine. Guests are charged $235 per missing tram card.

    Bike Rental in the Sandestin Area: There are a handful of bike rental businesses that serve the area. Fun Pug Bike rentals is super convenient. Feel free to search for others if you are curious or want to compare rates. Ride safely and have fun

    Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

    Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking, No Pets, No Events, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
