Fun times on the beach

Great views of the ocean and short walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and modern. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Absolutely amazing condo! The views are amazing and being on the beach was a plus with our 3 month old grandson. The updates and modern touches were spectacular! Also, the shower was a dream! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a dream vacation before I head back to teaching!

The property was undergoing extensive exterior renovations so some of the amenities were unavailable (pool, outdoor grill). The construction at the building was disclosed in the listing and the rental price was discounted appropriately. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything about this vacation was perfect! The unit was absolutely beautiful! The view from master bedroom & the living room was morning but beautiful emerald Ocean! Going to bed at night & washing up to that every morning was heaven! The check-in/out was flawless, the staff was always polite & very helpful îf you needed them. It was right on the beach... IT WAS SIMPLY PERFECT!

The location was nice but cosmetically the condos couch was badly stained and the dishwasher was rusty. The mattresses were a little sunken. The view was absolutely beautiful and we had great weather

We are tall and we had some problem to simply set. MB needs some chair to be able to put shoes on. And couple more trash cans will be great to put in other spaces.

Great property to stay in! We loved being an elevator ride from the beach. The views from the balcony were amazing! It took us a little while to figure out all the codes to get in the gate, ride the elevator and get into our room but we got the hang of it. As far as being in the condo, the kitchen had everything we needed and having a washer/dryer was really helpful. Everything was very clean!A few things we would have liked...more information about the amenities around us would have been helpful. We were confused as to what pools were available to us as the main one was closed, but our text with questions was answered very quickly! The condo has passes for the tram but we had no idea where it went or where we would want to take it. The Sandestin resort is huge and it took us awhile to figure out some of the fun places that are there. There were 2 beach chairs in the closet but the umbrellas were broken. Some beach towels would have been nice as it's pretty expensive to rent them on the beach.Overall we really loved our stay and would recommend it!

Really nice getaway

This was a really nice getaway spot. We will definitely use this room again. Very nice and in a nice location as well. Only thing that I would have to say that isn’t so good is that my wife went to shower in the second bedroom (not the master bedroom) and the water begin to build up in the shower. She panicked and got out of the shower very frustrated over it. I went in and had to pull the drain up at which time we notice a build up of gunk and hair that prevented the water from draining. The water then drained like normal and everything was fine. Other than that, this property was very amazing and the view is just stunning. Please don’t let the shower take away from you staying at this place, things happen. Otherwise this was phenomenal!

4338 Beachside Two

The condo was great. Location to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The only reason for the 4 rating is because there were some maintenance issues there. The master bedroom TV kept turning on and off and couldn’t be used. The bolt lock on the front door was broken. The sliding door lock is about broken. The heated seat in the guest bathroom didn’t work. There was no hot water in the kitchen or on the left side of the sink in master bath. We loved the decor and comfort of everything else.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time In this unit. The views were amazing, and the family had a great time. The condo was clean, and spacious for a family of 5. The only complaint I had for this unit was the stove top. The eyes would not regulate temp appropriately. Seems a little outdated and needed some service. The right large eye was the one that worked the best, but needed to be turned all the way to high to get temps to cooking level. Also, we were glad the owners provided umbrellas and chairs, I just wish they had the mount that kept them stable in the sand. Any wind, and they would get loose in the sand. A bit of a risk for flying away. Other than that. The service was great, and the condo managers always responded with anything we needed.
