Beautiful views, plenty of space. Golf cart included. Bring your own beach chairs. Our family loves Sandestin and there is plenty to do in the area. Beach is perfect and pool/hot tub area is clean and nice. Only downfall was not being able to use the two balconies due to construction.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and time with our friends for an adult vacation. However, we did have some pros/cons about the condo that should be address. If these things would have been taken care of the stay would have been great and we would consider coming back. However, we will be looking into other condos for future trips. Pros: -Location/Views/Proximity to Baytowne- closest condo to beach/views are amazing/being able to hop on the golf cart and go to Baytowne was very convenient. -Big balcony- we enjoyed having a place to sit outside and enjoy the ocean. It was nice to have two balconies to our beach stuff on one and not get sand all inside. -Golf cart- was older but fast! We used it daily and enjoyed taking rides at night. -Building staff and amenities- building was clean and staff always working to keep it that way. -private beach- the condo has a private section on the beach and they enforce it. It was great bc it wasn’t busy and you had room to spread out and actual see the ocean. Cons: -Big Mike and Lil’ Lenny-(we named them) palmetto bugs and not just one. We saw/caught/disposed of many of them in the kitchen and the master bedroom. It’s not an infestation, but they are definitely present within the condo. -Dated -we knew this going in, but the pictures were deceiving online about how dated. -Nasty carpet -bedrooms -Non diligent mgmt co- contacted them before and during trip about reviews/concerns when we got there and nothing was ever solved. They pushed it off onto the owners.

Could use more supplies in the kitchen

We really enjoyed our stay but there were a few minor issues when we arrived. We called the property manager, and they were out the next morning. The only concern we really have was the kitchen, no potholders, only one dish towel, every dish is glass, so it's not kid friendly even though we don't have kids but if there were I wouldn't let my kid have a glass cup. Part of the blender was missing so we couldn't use it. Overall, the condo was great and had a wonderful vacation. Golf cart was the best part, very easy to use and had a great time at Baytowne Whorf.

Rough Start

We arrived after a 14 hour drive to a dead keypad so it was 3-4 hours after our arrival that we could even get into the condo. There is no staff on sight for these situations, so we had to wait for a locksmith. I understand things like this happen, but to have to call someone that is not even in the same state and wait hours to get it resolved instead of having staff on sight to handle this is frustrating. Then the next day, we realized the keys for the golf cart were missing and I had to call several times to get that straightened out. Once we got into the condo and had keys, the rest of the experience was great! But it had a very rough start and it is unacceptable to not have staff on sight to handle these situations. The condo itself is much older and not in as good of shape as the pictures show, but the location is great and the resort itself was amazing!

Location is awesome

The beach and the pool were steps away. View from both balconies was awesome. Beds were very comfortable. Interior a bit dated and could use some updating. The complex was well kept and very secure. We dod not use the golfncart but many people were using carts.We will stay again next year, just longer....

Nice

This place was nice. A little old but the beds were comfortable. Checkin was a nightmare. It took 3 or four code changes just to get in the door. When emailing in advance someone would answer just one of several questions I had so i had to keep writing. The grounds were nice though. No washer and dryer in unit and coffee pot was broken. Overall the condo was just ok.

Family vacation

We enjoyed staying here! The updated pool is so nice and the beach is super easy to get to. The views from the two decks is unbeatable. We also really enjoyed having a golf cart. It made going to the warf lots of fun! I will note that that the condo could probably be updated. Everything seems a little outdated, but it did not affect our stay at all!

Almost perfect

We had a great time. The property was exactly what we were expecting. Great location with the beach right there, and a short golf cart ride to the shops and restaurants at the Wharf. The only issue was the pool being closed, but we knew that ahead of time. Looks like it is going to be a great pool and we can't wait to use it next summer.

Wonderful site. Awesome view. Just a wonderful place to stay. Right next to alot of great places. Beautiful beach and alot of extra that made it special. Communication with owner was amazing. Definitely will be staying here again.

Summer Vacay 2020
